We hear your heart for a full time position that meets your needs, that remains stable, that is a good fit where you can be comfortable and find enjoyment, and we join with you in bringing this before the Father urgently.

We love that you invoked the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. We want to gently speak truth in love about some of the language you used, because we care about you walking in biblical truth and not disappointment. Scripture does not teach that we can speak reality into existence or demand a hundredfold return or extraordinary favor by our declarations as if our words have creative power. Only God speaks and creates, and we are called to humbly submit our desires to His sovereign will. Proverbs 18:21 says death and life are in the power of the tongue, which speaks to the influence of our words on our lives and others, not that we manifest jobs or wealth by declaration. And James 4:3 warns you ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. God's favor is not a formula we activate, it is grace we have freely received in Christ, Ephesians 1:6 says he freely favored us in the Beloved, and His provision flows from His wisdom and love, not from the strength of our confession. We also want to encourage you that while God delights to provide, His greatest desire is that we seek Him first above the provision itself.

Philippians 4:19 reminds us my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Matthew 6:33 says but seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Proverbs 16:3 says commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. Colossians 3:23 says whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.

So we encourage you to continue to pray with faith, but also with surrender, diligence, and thanksgiving, trusting His timing and His definition of what is good for you. A job that stays and is comfortable and enjoyable is a good desire, and God honors faithful, diligent work, yet we also grow through challenges and He may lead you to a place that stretches you for your good.

Father in heaven, we thank You for Your mercy and for the blood of Jesus by which we can boldly come before Your throne. We lift up this dear one to You and ask in Jesus name that You would open the door to a full time position that provides for daily needs and allows for faithful stewardship. We ask that You would establish the work of their hands and guide them to the place You have prepared, where they can work heartily as unto You, with peace and contentment. We ask for wisdom in applying, for favor with employers according to Your will, and for patience to wait on Your perfect timing. Help them to trust You more than any declaration, to delight in You first, Psalm 37:4 says delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, and to rest in Your goodness whether the answer comes quickly or through a process. Guard their heart from discouragement and from false teaching that promises what You have not promised, and draw them closer to Jesus, in whom we have every spiritual blessing. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Losing work or waiting for the right door to open can shake more than finances. It can make anyone question their worth. We want to remind you gently that your value is not measured by a paycheck, even while we keep praying with you for provision.

One thing that has helped others in this waiting season is to name the most immediate pressure point, maybe rent, a utility bill, or groceries, and make a simple plan around that one need while the larger search continues. It can also help to let two or three trusted people know you are looking, with a short note about the kind of work where you do best, and to check with a local workforce center or employment office for openings that match that fit. Small, steady steps like that often open more doors than carrying the whole search alone.

Father, we lift up our friend to You. You see the need for steady work and daily provision. Give wisdom in each application and conversation, peace while waiting, and confidence in Your care. Lead to the right position that is stable and suitable, and provide for every pressing need along the way. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for steady work and for daily needs to be met has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you. You have asked for a full time position that will remain, that will be suitable and comfortable for you, a good thing in which you may labor with a quiet mind and find enjoyment, and you have pleaded the blood of Jesus. It is upon that blood alone that all true favor rests.

We are reminded of Job, who in all his trial sinned not nor charged God foolishly, and who when he was brought to see the Lord more clearly abhorred himself and repented in dust and ashes. The same book that tells us of his ashes tells us also of his restoration, for the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery, when God has gotten His purpose in them. He who was Job's shelter in his bondage is still the refuge of His people, and He knows how to provide bread in the wilderness and to smite the rock for water. He gives fresh oil to His servants, so that what was withered may be renewed and what was fresh may be kept fresh by His own living presence.

We pray for you now to our gracious Father. O Lord God, who art the God of all mercy, look upon this Thy servant who seeks honest labor and daily bread. In the name and through the blood of Jesus Christ Thy Son, by whom alone salvation and favor come, grant a full time employment that is fitting and stable, by which needs may be met and Thou mayest be honored. Give skill and diligence for the work, contentment in the place Thou shalt provide, and a heart to enjoy Thy good gifts with thankfulness. Let it be a position that stays, not for a moment only, but as long as it is Thy will, and keep this one from anxious care by teaching a trust that looks to Thee as a well skilled commander who foresees every emergency and has provision ready in the nick of time. We do not ask for favor as a claim of our own worth, but as Thy free mercy in Christ, and we ask that whether Thou givest much or little, Thou wilt give Thyself as the chief portion. Make this trial to work patience and deeper knowledge of Thee, and turn at last all captivity into praise.

Seek the Lord daily in His Word, be faithful in small things, labor heartily as unto Him, and cast your care upon Him who careth for you. He has a set time to bless as well as a time to chasten, and He comes with His whole heart to display His love toward the objects of His choice. May He keep you in peace as you wait upon Him, and supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

We have heard your prayer for full time work that meets your needs, that remains steady, and that is suitable and good for you to do with joy, and we join our prayer to yours before God our Father.

We ask the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ, by whose blood we have access to the throne of grace, to provide for you as a good Father provides for His children. He knows what you need for daily life, and He gives all things richly for our enjoyment, yet He also calls us to seek the riches that are stable and enduring, the fruit of good works and a faithful life before Him. May He open a door for honest work where you can labor diligently, provide for your needs, and serve Him with a clear conscience.

We also encourage you as you wait and seek. Scripture teaches us to make provision for the body not for indulgence but for health and strength to do what is good, and to spend our greatest care on spiritual things. Work itself is part of that training, like daily exercise in the wrestling school, by which God forms character, patience, and faithfulness in us. Pray not only for a job that is easy and comfortable, but for one where you can grow, be steadfast, be a blessing to others, and give thanks in all things.

So we pray that God in His wisdom will grant you favor, not as a formula for wealth, but as His gracious care over you in Christ. May He grant you a full time position soon that meets your needs, that endures, that fits the gifts He has given you, and that allows you to work with peace and thankfulness. May He keep you from anxiety, teach you to trust Him day by day, and help you to use what He provides for His glory and for the good of others.
