We hear your heart’s desire to grow in your voice-over career and seek wise counsel to move forward. First, we want to affirm your acknowledgment of Jesus in your prayer—this is essential, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that your career pursuits would always be submitted to His will, that you would seek first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that He will add what you need (Matthew 6:33).
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother, asking that You would guide him to the right counsel—those who will speak truth in love, offer godly wisdom, and help him refine his craft with integrity. Lord, we pray that the words he speaks in his work would be seasoned with grace, that his voice would carry clarity, purpose, and excellence, not just for personal gain but to reflect Your glory. Help him to discern when to speak and when to listen, when to persist and when to rest in Your timing.
We also lift up his business before You, asking that You would establish the work of his hands (Psalm 90:17). May his efforts be rooted in honesty, diligence, and dependence on You, not on his own strength or worldly strategies. If there are areas where pride, impatience, or self-reliance have crept in, we ask that You would reveal them and lead him to repentance. Teach him to number his days, that he may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12), and to commit his work to You, trusting that You will direct his steps (Proverbs 16:3).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or comparison that may be hindering him. Remind him that his worth is found in Christ alone, not in the success or failure of his career. May he find his identity in You, knowing that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We pray for divine connections—mentors, coaches, or fellow believers who will sharpen him as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). May the counsel he receives align with Your Word, and may he have the wisdom to apply it with humility. Above all, let his work be a testimony to Your faithfulness, that others may see Christ in him and be drawn to You.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
