We come before you with hearts burdened yet hopeful, for we know that our God is faithful, even when our faith wavers. Your words reveal deep frustration, impatience, and even a crisis of belief, but we urge you to hold fast, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You have poured out your heart honestly, and we honor that, but we must gently yet firmly rebuke the spirit of doubt and despair that seeks to take root. The enemy would love nothing more than for you to turn away from the One who holds all things together, including your future. Do not let bitterness blind you to the truth: God’s timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). He has not forgotten you, nor has His mercy failed. It is in the waiting that our faith is refined, not in the receiving.

You have asked for prayer in many areas—your career, your family’s health, marriages, provision, and ministry—and we will lift each one before the throne of grace. But first, we must address the condition of your heart, for without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). You say, *"There is no God’s Grace! There is no God’s Mercy!"*—yet you breathe, you work, you have family, and you have the privilege of calling on His name. These are all evidences of His grace. The fact that you are still seeking Him, even in your frustration, is proof that His Spirit is at work in you. Do not harden your heart. Remember how the Lord dealt with Israel in the wilderness: though they grumbled and doubted, He remained faithful (Psalm 106:7-8). He is faithful to you as well.

You have also mentioned your trust in God’s will, yet your words reveal a struggle to surrender to it. You say, *"God is very very slow in acting"*—but delay is not denial. Consider Joseph, who waited years in prison before God exalted him (Genesis 40:14-15, 41:39-41), or David, who was anointed king long before he took the throne (1 Samuel 16:12-13; 2 Samuel 5:4). Their waiting was not in vain, and neither is yours. The Lord is preparing you for something greater than you can imagine. Your temporary job is not a sign of His abandonment but an opportunity to trust Him in the small things before He entrusts you with greater responsibilities (Luke 16:10).

Now, let us address each of your requests with Scripture and prayer:

**Your Career and Provision:**
You long for a permanent government position where you can glorify God through your work. This is a noble desire, for we are called to do all things as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23). However, we must remind you that your worth is not found in your job title or security but in Christ alone. Whether you are a temporary worker or a permanent officer, your identity is in Him. The Lord knows your needs, and He has promised to provide (Matthew 6:31-33). Do not let the pressure of this world’s standards steal your peace. Trust that if a government job is His will, He will open the door no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). If not, He has something better. Your focus should not be on the position but on being faithful where He has placed you now.

*"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him."* —Psalm 37:5-7

**Your Family’s Health:**
We lift your family’s health to the Lord, asking for His healing touch and protection. Health is a gift from God, and we pray that He would sustain each member of your family in body, mind, and spirit. May He grant wisdom to make choices that honor Him, for our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We also pray for peace in the midst of any health struggles, knowing that His grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9).

*"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* —3 John 1:2

**Marriage for Your Family Member and Yourself:**
You have asked for godly spouses for your family member and yourself, specifying that they should be spiritual, God-fearing, and even doctors with good earnings. While it is good to desire a spouse who loves the Lord, we must caution you against placing undue emphasis on worldly qualifications like profession or income. The Lord looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7), and so should we. A godly spouse is one who fears the Lord, walks in obedience, and seeks to build a Christ-centered home. Earnings and titles are secondary. We also remind you that marriage is a covenant, not a contract, and it is meant to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Pray for a spouse who will help you grow in holiness, not just one who meets worldly standards.

We notice you mentioned *"at the earliest possible"* and *"urgently."* While it is natural to desire God’s timing, we must submit to His perfect plan, not our own. Abraham’s servant prayed for a wife for Isaac, and the Lord provided Rebekah in His time (Genesis 24). Ruth waited for Boaz, and the Lord rewarded her faithfulness (Ruth 3-4). Trust that the Lord knows the right time and the right person. Do not rush ahead of Him.

*"A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value."* —Proverbs 31:10-11
*"Houses and riches are an inheritance from parents, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh."* —Proverbs 19:14

**Buying a House and Running a Dental Clinic:**
Provision for a home and a clinic is a practical need, and we pray the Lord would open doors for you to steward these resources for His glory. However, we caution you to seek His will above your own ambitions. A home and a clinic can be tools for ministry, but they can also become idols if they consume your trust. Ask the Lord to align your desires with His and to provide in ways that draw you closer to Him.

*"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain."* —Psalm 127:1

**Employment for Your Family Member:**
You have asked for a government job for your family member in homeopathy or medicine. Again, we pray for the Lord’s provision, but we also encourage you to surrender this request to His will. Government jobs are not the only way to serve or glorify God. Whether in public or private practice, the call is to be salt and light (Matthew 5:13-16). Trust that the Lord will provide the right opportunity in His time.

**Ministry to the Poor:**
Your desire to educate and employ the poor is commendable, for the Lord calls us to care for the least of these (Matthew 25:40). We pray He would open doors for your family to be a blessing, but we also remind you that ministry begins with a heart of humility and dependence on Him. Do not wait for "enough" resources to start obeying His call. Even now, you can serve in small ways, trusting Him to multiply your efforts.

**A Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with our brother, who is weary, frustrated, and struggling to trust in Your goodness. Lord, forgive his doubts and the bitterness that has taken root. Soften his heart and renew his faith, for You are the God who sees, the God who provides, and the God who acts on behalf of those who wait for Him (Isaiah 64:4).

We ask for Your grace to flood his life, especially in his search for permanent employment. Open doors that no man can shut, Lord, and give him favor in the eyes of those in authority. If a government job is Your will, provide it speedily. If not, redirect his steps to where You would have him serve. Grant him contentment and excellence in his temporary role, using it as a platform to testify of Your faithfulness.

For his family’s health, we ask for Your healing touch. Strengthen their bodies, guard their minds, and fill their home with Your peace. Let no sickness or disease take root, for You are their healer (Exodus 15:26).

For the marriages he has requested, we pray for godly spouses who fear You above all else. Prepare his family member and him to be husbands and wives after Your own heart, committed to covenant love and holiness. Do not let them settle for less than Your best, and do not let impatience drive them to make decisions outside of Your will. Bring the right people into their lives at the right time, and let these unions bring You glory.

For the desire to buy a house and run a clinic, we ask for Your wisdom and provision. Let these things be tools for ministry, not sources of pride. Teach them to hold all things with open hands, ready to use them for Your kingdom.

For his family member’s employment, we pray for Your favor. Provide the right job, whether in government or elsewhere, and let it be a platform to share Your love with patients and colleagues.

Finally, Lord, restore his faith. Remind him of Your past faithfulness and give him eyes to see Your hand at work, even in the waiting. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, he will reap if he does not give up (Galatians 6:9). Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We rebuke the spirit of despair, impatience, and unbelief in the name of Jesus. Let hope rise in his heart, for You are good, and Your love endures forever (Psalm 100:5). May he testify soon of Your faithfulness, not just in the answers to his prayers, but in the transformation of his heart.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

**A Word of Encouragement:**
Brother, we understand your weariness, but we urge you: do not give up. The Lord is near. Your struggle is not unseen. In fact, it is often in the darkest moments that He is doing the deepest work in us. Consider the words of Habakkuk, who, despite seeing no evidence of God’s intervention, chose to rejoice in Him:

*"Though the fig tree doesn’t flourish, nor fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive fails, the fields yield no food; the flocks are cut off from the fold, and there is no herd in the stalls: yet I will rejoice in Yahweh. I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!"* —Habakkuk 3:17-18

Your faith is being tested, but do not let it be found wanting. Cling to Him, even when you cannot see the way forward. He is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters (Psalm 23:2). Wait for Him. Trust in Him. And when the answer comes—whether in the form you expect or not—may you be found faithful, giving Him all the glory.

*"Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth."* —Psalm 46:10

Stand firm. He is worth the wait.

Dear friend, we're here for you, just as you are for us. We've read your heartfelt plea and we want to encourage you. Remember, God is always faithful, even when we can't see it.

You've been waiting for a permanent job, and it's okay to feel frustrated. But remember, God's timing is perfect. Keep trusting in Him, and keep doing your best in your temporary job. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

As for your family's health, we pray for healing and strength. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Trust in Him, and let His peace guard your hearts and minds.

Regarding marriage, we pray for God's will to be done. Trust that He knows what's best for you and your family. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

In all things, keep your faith steadfast. As it says in Hebrews 10:23, "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."

We're praying for you, and we're here if you need to talk. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep loving. God is with you, always.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
