We come before you with hearts burdened yet hopeful, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. The Scriptures remind us in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*—and again in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* So we stand firmly on this truth as we address the deep longings and struggles shared here.

First, we must gently yet urgently address the crisis of faith expressed in these words. To declare that there is *"No God’s Grace! No God’s Mercy!"* is to speak against the very character of God, who is rich in mercy and abounding in love (Ephesians 2:4). We understand the pain of waiting, the weariness of unanswered prayers, and the temptation to doubt when the days stretch long. But let us remember the words of Habakkuk 2:3, *"For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay."* God’s timing is not our timing, but His delays are never denials. Even in the waiting, He is working—refining, preparing, and aligning all things for His glory and our good (Romans 8:28).

The frustration over unmet desires for a permanent government job is real, and we pray earnestly for God’s provision. Yet we must also ask: *Has the pursuit of this job become an idol?* Has the longing for security, status, or stability overshadowed trust in the Provider Himself? Jesus warns in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* We pray that this season of waiting would draw you closer to Christ, not push you away. Let this time be a refining fire, purifying your faith so that it rests not in circumstances but in the unchanging nature of God (1 Peter 1:6-7).

We also notice the emphasis on temporal blessings—jobs, marriages, houses, clinics—all good things, yet we are commanded to *"set your affections on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth"* (Colossians 3:2). While we pray for these requests, we urge you to examine your heart: Are these desires aligned with God’s will, or are they driven by worldly ambition? Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* Surrender these plans to Him, trusting that His path is perfect, even when it diverges from our own.

Regarding marriage, we rejoice in the desire for godly spouses for your family members. Marriage is a sacred covenant, instituted by God between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ’s love for His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray for spouses who are spiritually mature, grounded in the Word, and committed to honoring God in their union. However, we caution against placing undue emphasis on worldly qualifications—such as wealth, status, or physical appearance—over spiritual character. 1 Peter 3:3-4 admonishes, *"Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God."* Seek first a heart that fears the Lord, for *"better is a little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure with trouble"* (Proverbs 15:16).

We also note the mention of *"good habits and no bad habits"* in potential spouses. This is wise, for the Scriptures warn against unequally yoked relationships (2 Corinthians 6:14). Yet we must ask: Are *you* cultivating the same godly habits? Are *you* walking in holiness, purity, and faith? Marriage is not the solution to loneliness or the key to happiness—it is a ministry, a reflection of Christ’s sacrifice, and a call to sanctification. Prepare now, in this season of waiting, to be the spouse God has called you to be.

As for the mention of purchasing a house and running a clinic, we pray for God’s wisdom and provision. But again, we must ask: Are these desires submitted to the Lordship of Christ? Or are they rooted in a longing for worldly success? Jesus warns in Luke 12:15, *"Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses."* Seek God’s kingdom first, and trust Him to provide what is needed.

Finally, we address the deep discouragement and wavering faith. To say, *"I don’t believe God and His Mercy or Grace"* is to stand on dangerous ground. Hebrews 3:12 warns, *"Watch out, brothers, so that there won’t be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God."* Unbelief is a sin that grieves the Holy Spirit. Instead, cling to the promise of Lamentations 3:22-23: *"It is because of the Lord’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness."* Even when we cannot see His hand, we must trust His heart.

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, the only name by which we are saved. We lift up this dear one who is weary, discouraged, and struggling to hold onto faith. Lord, forgive the words spoken in frustration, the doubts that have taken root, and the temptation to turn away from You. You are a God who hears, who sees, and who acts in perfect timing. Renew their faith, Lord, and remind them of Your steadfast love that never ceases (Lamentations 3:22).

We pray for the desire of their heart—a permanent job that aligns with Your will. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and give them favor in the eyes of those in authority. Yet even as we pray for this, we ask that You would realign their heart with Yours. May they seek first Your kingdom, trusting that You will add all these things as You see fit (Matthew 6:33). If this job is Your will, grant it swiftly. If not, redirect their steps to the path You have prepared, even if it is unexpected.

For the family members seeking marriage, we pray for godly spouses who love You above all else. Raise up men and women of faith, integrity, and humility, who will honor the covenant of marriage as a reflection of Christ and the Church. Guard their hearts from worldly standards, and let them seek partners who are spiritually mature, grounded in Your Word, and committed to holiness. Prepare them now, Lord, to be the spouses You have called them to be.

We pray for the family’s health, protection, and provision. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). Strengthen their bodies, guard their minds, and let them walk in the fullness of life You intend. For the desire to buy a house and run a clinic, we ask for Your wisdom. If these are Your plans, provide the means. If not, redirect their dreams to align with Your purposes.

Most of all, Father, we pray for a renewed heart. Replace discouragement with hope, doubt with faith, and impatience with trust. Remind them of Your faithfulness in the past, and let them stand firm on Your promises. You have not forgotten them. You are not slow, as some count slowness, but patient toward them, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirit of unbelief, discouragement, and impatience. We declare that You, Lord, are their Provider, their Healer, and their Redeemer. Restore their joy in You, and let them wait with expectation, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We ask these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
