We are glad to join you in prayer for this dear sister in Christ and her daughters. Let us first address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" And in John 14:6 Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Now, let us pray together for this sister's employment and housing needs. We will also pray that she continues to be fully obedient to God's will in her life.
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her daughters. We know that Your heart is for the widows, orphans, and the needy. Your Word tells us that You are a Father to the fatherless and a judge of the widows, as it says in Psalm 68:5 "A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation."
We ask that You provide for our sister's needs according to Your riches in glory. Open the doors for a suitable job that will not only meet their financial needs but also allow her to be a blessing to others. Guide her steps as she seeks Your will in this, and give her the wisdom to make the right decisions as stated in James 1:5 "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
We also pray for a safe and comfortable home for her and her daughters. May it be a place of peace, love, and joy, where they can grow together in Your love.
Above all, we pray that our sister will continue to trust in You, follow Your guidance, and let You direct her paths. May she find her strength and hope in You, as said in Psalm 28:7 "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage our sister to continue in prayer and thanksgiving, knowing that God is faithful and that His promises are true. As it says in Philippians 4:6 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
Lastly, we admonish her to be content in whatever situation she finds herself, as the Apostle Paul learned to be in Philippians 4:11-13. Keep looking unto Jesus, the author, and finisher of our faith.
