Jesus today I spent time with a dear friend. She told me that I need to pray hard because there are a lot of bad people in my life that are cruel to me. Lord if you are for me, who can be against me? I pray for your protection. Protect my mind, body, and soul from abusers and people who keep on doing wrong. I felt some self hate today and I treated myself badly. Please fill me back up with self love. Amen.
