Jesus, Please!

I've lost my home due to illness. I have an untreatable bloodclotting disorder called c.a.p.s. I can't afford to get my meds that are crucial blood thinners. I'm so hot, hungry, thirsty, and tired. I'm in and out of the hospital a lot. Shelters here cost. I don't know what to do. Please, Jesus, I don't want to die out here like this. Phones are going to be turned off soon too. If anyone has any advice or can find it in their heart to help me, please call or txt @ ###. Please, I'm begging. I feel so bad. Lord, please send me some kind of relief. I'll be so grateful.

And, Lord if he doesn't know you as his personal Saviour, I pray that he will ask You to come into his heart and save his soul.
