Jesus, Please lift me up during this time of sorrow, fear,and uncertainty. Loss of loved ones, my home, my marriage and being unable to find affordable housing for my children and the fear of what tomorrow might bring at times is unbearable. My eyes remain on You, Your Goodness and the many blessing You have bestowed me, I will never stray regardless of my trials. Thank you for restoring my daughter from the grips of addiction and for leading her to a better way of life honoring You and Your Word. Please remove my fears and anxieties so I might see You more clearly, follow You more closely.

Father you said that many are the afflictions of the righteous but we shall be delivered out of them all. I pray that you would be with this child of God as they go through this difficult season. Father you said we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us. Father you said that you would never leave us nor for sake us. For you are a present help in the time of trouble. The word of God says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. I pray father as they meditate on your word that their faith would be strengthened. In Jesus name I pray Amen

We are all going through the battle of our life, dear friends. No one is exempt from the sufferings of this world. Whatever you are facing, there is always hope when you belong to Christ. There will be a time for your trial to end; and if you have held out in faith to the end, you will be rewarded in this life and the next. Why does God allow us to go through heartache and pain? It is only in the crucible that we gain an eternal perspective of the power of the God we serve. It is there that we see that Christ does meet us in every trial causing it all to work according to his perfect plan. It is there that we are strengthened as he draws us near to him.

Those who have Jesus as their Savior have a living hope. It does not matter how weary you may feel for it is Christ who will fight your battle and he knows how to rescue the godly from trials. He has made us more than conquerors which means we cannot fail despite our weaknesses. The Apostle Paul understood that all he had to suffer was permitted for a purpose. He believed that God’s grace was able to meet all of his needs despite the pain he had to endure. For that reason, Paul was able to be content in any and every situation, good or bad. He said in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strengthâ€. That is the kind of faith that honors God and defeats the enemy.

You can have the peace that surpasses understanding if you will keep your eyes on Christ instead of your problems. There is nothing that is impossible for him. He cannot fail you because it was by his great love that he created you. He overcame death and left us a promise that he would always be with us. Jesus will make a way through the mountain of your problems because his perfect plan for your life cannot be stopped. Remember, the love of Christ will always defeat your enemies and keep you in his perfect peace.
