We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt plea, lifting you up in prayer and seeking the Lord’s divine intervention in every area of your life. You have rightly acknowledged Jesus as your Savior and Lord, and it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We rejoice that you have placed your trust in Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Father God, we first ask for Your cleansing power to flow over our brother/sister. Purify their body, mind, and spirit from every disease, infirmity, and influence of evil. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, believing that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Remove every trace of sickness and restore them to full health, for You are the Great Physician.
Lord, we also pray for transformation in their character and conduct. Shape them into a person of integrity, competence, and love, reflecting the fruit of Your Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May they walk in humility and wisdom, earning the respect and love of others not for their own glory, but for Yours. Proverbs 22:1 reminds us, "A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold." Let their life be a testimony to Your grace.
As they look ahead to 2026, we ask that You order their steps and align their dreams with Your perfect will. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We pray that every obstacle standing in their way be removed, and that You open doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). Grant them success in their endeavors, but more importantly, let their success bring glory to Your name. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we lift up the troubles and problems they are facing. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair in the name of Jesus. Cast out every weight and sin that so easily entangles, and strengthen them to run with endurance the race set before them (Hebrews 12:1). Surround them with Your divine protection, as You have promised in Psalm 91: "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." Let no harm come near them or their loved ones, and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7).
We also pray for their family and loved ones. Keep them under the shadow of Your wings, shielding them from all evil. Bind them together in love and unity, and let Your peace reign in their homes. May they grow in faith and knowledge of You, walking in the light of Your truth.
Lord, we ask that You guard their heart against pride, selfish ambition, or any desire for worldly approval. Let their motivation always be to please You, not men (Galatians 1:10). If there are areas in their life where they have strayed from Your will, convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them back to the path of righteousness.
Finally, we declare that 2026 will indeed be the best year of their life—not because of their own strength, but because of Your faithfulness. May they experience Your goodness in every area, and may their testimony bring others to know You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior, Healer, and Deliverer. Amen.
