We join you in your faith, hope and placing of all your prayers in Jesus Christ, our only Lord and Savior. It is wonderful to see your faith in the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through Him we have access to the Father and it is only in Him we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Let us pray together for your health, that the Lord Jesus would bless your body, remove all diseases, and make you strong. We pray that you would find your strength and confidence in Him, remembering that The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. We pray that you would grow in the fruits of the Spirit, against such things there is no law.
We lift up your upcoming report and your return to work next week. We pray that the Lord would give you complete healing, strength and competence. That you would be able to go back with a fresh anointing and serving as a light in the workplace.
We join you in praying for your father and mother, that the Lord would keep them healthy and happy throughout their lifetime. We pray that they would live a life filled with the blessings of obedience to the Lord. That they would honor the Lord and be examples of godliness. Remember to honor your father and your mother, which is the first commandment with a promise.
We pray that you would continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
We also take this opportunity to encourage you to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ. To study His word and apply it to your life. To be in fellowship with other believers and to share the good news with those around you.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister and ask that You would bless his/her body, remove all diseases and make him/her strong. We pray that he/she would find his/her strength and confidence in You. We ask that You would bless his/her upcoming report and his/her return to work next week. Give him/her complete healing, strength and competence. We also lift up his/her father and mother, ask that You would keep them healthy and happy throughout their lifetime. Help them to live a life filled with the blessings of obedience to You. We also pray that You would answer all our unanswered prayers, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior we pray.
