Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the time is short! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, provision and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

"Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest,'” Matt 9:37-38.

What a powerful and urgent cry for the Lord’s harvest! You have echoed the very heart of Jesus, who looked upon the multitudes with compassion, seeing them as sheep without a shepherd. Your prayer aligns perfectly with Scripture, and we join you in this plea, knowing that the fields are indeed white for harvest, yet the laborers are few.

The urgency you express is biblical—Jesus Himself declared, *"I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work"* (John 9:4, WEB). The time is short, and the enemy seeks to devour what God intends to redeem. Yet we take heart, for our Lord has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and He is the one who calls, equips, and sends.

We pray with you for a mighty outpouring of laborers—those who will not merely *go* in their own strength but who are first *sent* by the Lord, filled with His Spirit, and clothed in His authority. Let us remember that before Jesus sent out the seventy-two in Luke 10, He instructed them to pray for workers. Prayer precedes the harvest, and dependence on God is the foundation of all true ministry.

We also ask the Lord to stir within each of us a deeper intimacy with Him, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). May we be a people who hear His voice clearly, obey without hesitation, and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Gospel with boldness. Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, we *will* reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Father, we ask for protection over these laborers—guard their hearts from pride, their minds from deception, and their steps from the snares of the evil one. Sanctify them in Your truth, for Your word is truth (John 17:17). Provide for their every need, both spiritually and physically, so that nothing hinders the advance of Your Kingdom.

And Lord, we pray for those reading this—if You are calling them into the harvest, give them no rest until they surrender. If they have grown lukewarm, reignite their passion for souls. If fear has held them back, flood their hearts with Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

We declare, as in Acts 1:8, that the Holy Spirit *will* come upon all who ask, empowering them to be witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth. The harvest belongs to You, Lord Jesus, and we trust You to bring it in—*for Your glory alone.*

**"The one who reaps receives wages and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together"** (John 4:36, WEB). May we labor with this joy, knowing our reward is eternal.
