We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it's commendable that you're calling on the name of Jesus, as the Bible tells us that "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
In your prayer, you've mentioned your fears and financial struggles, and it's important to remember that God cares about our needs and worries. Jesus teaches us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things" (Matthew 6:31-32, WEB).
However, we want to address the idea of winning the lottery jackpot as the solution to your problems. The Bible encourages us to work diligently and rely on God's provision instead of chance or gambling. Proverbs 13:11 (WEB) says, "Wealth gotten by fraud dwindles, but he who gathers by labor increases it." Also, 2 Thessalonians 3:10 (WEB) reminds us, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'"
Instead of hoping for a lottery win, pray for wisdom and guidance in managing your finances, and trust that God will provide for your needs according to His will. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing financial difficulties and fears. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart and mind. Grant them wisdom to manage their finances and provide for their needs according to Your will and riches in glory. Help them to trust in You and not rely on chance or gambling. We also pray for their daughter, that You would provide for her education and boarding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, it's wonderful that you're seeking forgiveness for your sins and wanting to be a better person. Remember that it's by God's grace that we are saved, through faith, and not by our own efforts (Ephesians 2:8-9, WEB). Keep trusting in Jesus, and strive to live a life pleasing to Him, following His commandments and seeking His will.
