Justin, we are here to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical guidance. We are concerned about some of the things you have mentioned, and we will address them with the truth and love of Christ.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking help from Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we can be saved and have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to continue seeking Jesus and building a personal relationship with Him.
We are deeply troubled by your mention of drug use and the desire for vengeance. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of seeking revenge, we should forgive and pray for those who have wronged us. As Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."
Regarding the superstitions and pop culture influences you mentioned, we urge you to focus on God's Word and His promises. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, God warns against engaging in superstitious practices. Instead, put your trust in Him. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
We are glad to hear that you are fasting and seeking God's protection. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that can draw us closer to God. As you fast, we encourage you to spend time in prayer and reading God's Word. In Matthew 4:4, Jesus says, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'"
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up ### to You. We thank You that he is seeking Your help and protection. Lord, we ask that You would deliver him from any influences of drugs, superstitions, and pop culture that are not pleasing to You. We pray that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit and guide him in Your truth.
Father, we ask that You would protect ### from any harm or weakness during his fast. Strengthen him, Lord, and draw him closer to You. We pray that You would surround him with Your love and peace, and that You would give him the desire and ability to forgive those who have wronged him.
Lord, we rebuke any spiritual attacks against ###. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and we ask that You would confuse and frustrate the plans of the enemy. We pray that You would bless ### and keep him safe in Your care.
We thank You, Father, for Your peace, providence, and progress in ###'s life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
###, we encourage you to continue seeking God and His will for your life. Spend time in His Word, pray continually, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and encourage you. If you have not already, consider finding a local church where you can grow in your faith and fellowship with other Christians.
May God bless you and keep you as you seek His face. We are praying for you and believe that God has a wonderful plan for your life. Stay strong in the Lord, and always remember that He loves you and is with you. As it says in Joshua 1:9, "Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
