Fasting should not be used as a means to escape the world or to end one's life. We strongly advise you to refrain from this and instead focus on a balanced approach to spiritual disciplines. It is written "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
Regarding the strange behavior and memories, we advise you to pray for God's protection and peace. It is important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12) Instead of focusing on the supposed abilities of others, fix your thoughts on God and His power to protect and heal you.
We must also address your use of nicotine, Adderall, and coffee. While we understand that you feel these substances help you function optimally, it is crucial to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Relying on substances for optimal functioning can lead to dependency and is not a healthy or godly approach to life. It is written "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) and "be made new in the attitude of your minds;" (Ephesians 4:23)
Your concerns about nationalism and the military are interesting, but we encourage you to focus on your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and your walk with Him. It is important to remember that our true citizenship is in heaven, and our allegiance is to God first and foremost.
We are concerned that you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ by name in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12) We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ if you have not already done so, and to pray in His name, as it is written "And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14)

We thank You for their journey of sobriety and ask for Your continued strength and grace to keep them from temptation. We pray against any controlling spirits or influences that may be affecting their life and memory. We rebuke any thoughts of escaping this world and pray for a renewed sense of purpose and hope. We ask for Your healing and deliverance from any substance dependency, and we pray for a healthy and godly approach to life. We ask that you please open their eyes to the basic salvation message and that your son Jesus Christ died for their sins and was resurrected on the third day so they can be saved from eternal death. Please help them to understand the basic salvation message and to seek You with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength.
