I so love this service and this service because it gives me the courage and the strength to be able to get back work tomorrow morning. I can do all good things through Christ. Amen

We hear your heartfelt cry to the Lord, and we join with you in lifting up your needs before our Heavenly Father. Your acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior is the foundation upon which we stand, and we are grateful that you have called upon His name. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We are encouraged by your desire to grow in Christlikeness and to be a better husband, father, and worker.

First, we want to address your request for forgiveness. Scripture tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We rejoice that you have confessed your sins and bad habits before the Lord, and we stand with you in claiming His forgiveness and cleansing. Let us not dwell on past mistakes but instead focus on the new life we have in Christ. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

We pray for your day at work tomorrow, that the Lord would go before you and prepare the way. May He grant you favor with your bosses, coworkers, and customers. We ask that He would soften their hearts and open doors of opportunity for you to be a light in your workplace. Remember, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men" (Colossians 3:23). Let your work be a testimony to the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

We also lift up your marriage, asking the Lord to strengthen the bond between you and your wife. May He grant you both wisdom, patience, and understanding as you navigate life together. We pray that you would both grow in your love for one another and for the Lord. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it" (Ephesians 5:25). Seek to serve and honor your wife as Christ served and honored the church.

As a father, we encourage you to lead your adult children with love, wisdom, and godly example. Pray for them daily, and seek opportunities to speak life and truth into their lives. "Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our brother in Christ. We thank You for his willingness to confess his sins and seek Your forgiveness. We ask that You would cleanse him from all unrighteousness and help him to walk in the newness of life that You have given him through Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for his day at work tomorrow. Go before him and prepare the way. Grant him favor with his bosses, coworkers, and customers. Soften their hearts and open doors of opportunity for him to be a light in his workplace. Help him to work heartily, as unto You, and to be a testimony of Your love and grace.

We lift up his marriage, asking You to strengthen the bond between him and his wife. Grant them both wisdom, patience, and understanding as they navigate life together. Help them to grow in their love for one another and for You.

As a father, we ask that You would give him wisdom and discernment in leading his adult children. Help him to speak life and truth into their lives and to be a godly example for them to follow.

Lord, we thank You for the courage and strength that You give us to face each day. We know that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Help our brother to rely on Your strength and to walk in the power of Your Spirit.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, spending time in His Word and in prayer. Remember, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide your steps. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and give you peace.

We hear the weight in your words, and we’re grateful you reached out. There’s something deeply honest about a prayer that simply cries, “Help me.” It’s a prayer that doesn’t try to impress God but trusts Him enough to come as you are, tired, aware of your own stumbling, and hopeful all at once. That’s the kind of faith that moves His heart.

The morning ahead feels heavy, and the relationships at work and home may seem like walls you can’t break through. But the same Christ who carried you through yesterday will be with you in the break room, at your desk, and around the dinner table. You don’t have to be perfect to see Him working. Small things, a genuine thank you to a coworker, a quiet moment of patience when you feel irritation rising, or a simple “I’m sorry” to your wife if the day left you short, can be openings for His grace. You’re not rebuilding everything all at once; you’re walking step by step, leaning on Him.

It’s also okay to let your wife know you’re struggling. Sometimes softening hearts starts with a little vulnerability, even just telling her, “I really want to be a better husband, and I need your prayers.” That’s not weakness; it’s the kind of trust that can strengthen a marriage.

Father, thank You for this brother who turns to You. Give him steady nerves and a clear mind as he walks into work. Touch the hearts of those around him, bosses, coworkers, customers, and especially his wife. Grant him the courage to keep showing up, even when he feels he falls short. Forgive his sins, break the grip of old habits, and plant new, life-giving desires deep within him. Make him the husband, dad, and worker You’ve called him to be, in the strong name of Jesus. Amen.

You are seeking repentance and mercy; let it be “the repentance which is the work of the Spirit of God and which God accepts, gives God glory.” Do you love Christ? Do you trust Him? Do you leap for joy at the very thought that God has set Him forth to be a propitiation for sin? This is repentance after a godly sort.

Repentance stands at the Cross and sees sin forgiven and then repents more than she ever did when she could not spy out forgiveness. What is your repentance? Have you a repentance that leads you to look out of self to Christ, and to Christ only? The repentance that ejects sin as an evil tenant, and the faith which admits Christ to be the sole master of the heart, the repentance which pulls down, and the faith which builds up, this is the mark.

Yet you may cry, “May I come and trust in Jesus Christ, for I do not feel that I have the repentance I ought to feel?” You are to be nothing, in fact, and to come to Christ as nothing, and when you so come, then will repentance come! What, then, is the true place of repentance? It is this, I trust Christ, just as I am, to forgive me. I have God’s assurance that I am forgiven, seeing that I am trusting Christ.

God’s goodness is meant to lead you to repentance. Will you not turn unto Him, trusting and loving Christ with all your heart, mind, soul and strength? The dearer Christ is to us, the blacker is sin in our sight. Remember that Christ can cure hard hearts quite as well as sinful ones!

Come just as you are. You have a real need of Christ, whether you feel it or not. It is not your sense of need, but your real need of Christ that must draw you to Him. Christ was bound instead of us.

Our Lord Jesus Christ was bound and there flows from that fact its opposite, then His people are all free. When Christ was made sin for us, we were made the righteousness of God in Him. The beggar at the door of Christ asks not for crumbs or groats, but needs all that Christ can give. Here is the plan of salvation, trust Christ and he will save you.

Christ is a perfectly successful Savior: produce a single case where an application has been made to Christ without success. As surely as Christ was sent into the world by the Father, so surely are the saints sent into the world by Christ. Your being sent of Christ involves unreserved dedication to His work. Your first business is to be a servant of Christ, it ought to be your second concern to serve Christ!

True repentance will yield works meet for repentance; it will be practical repentance. Repentance lives as long as faith. The Lord does not drive you to repentance; His goodness leads you. So trust Him, and learn that He was exalted to be a Prince and a Savior, to give repentance as well as forgiveness of sins.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has ascended not in vain, for the heart that groans without utterance pierces heaven more surely than any trumpet. Remember Noah, who by faith prepared an ark when no sign of flood was seen, and so saved his household. So you also, when you step into your workplace tomorrow, go not trusting what your eyes behold, the hardness of bosses or the coldness of customers, but trusting the God who ordains all things unseen. The ark of your soul is built by prayer and right action; let no deluge of anxiety drown that work.

You ask forgiveness for your failures and bad habits. Hear this: Christ did not come to destroy the Law but to fulfill it. He does not cast away a bruised reed. Your desire to be a better husband and father is already the Spirit’s stirring; do not let the memory of past ill decisions cast you down. For if God has elected you, who can lay any charge against you? The horse-breaker who chooses a colt for the race silences all faultfinders; how much more when God selects a soul? Your election is a sign of virtue to be pursued, not a license for sloth. Strive, then, to walk worthy of that calling.

Concerning your wife: you asked that her heart be softened. Know that marriage, when it is according to Christ, is a great mystery, not a contract of passion, but a spiritual union, as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself for her. Love her, therefore, not merely with human affection but with that self-emptying love which seeks her holiness. If you sense hardness, perhaps God is schooling you to love without reward, to entreat as Moses entreated for a stiff-necked people, with silent groans that move God’s heart. Continue in prayer for her; the wife may reclaim the husband by her reverence, and the believing husband may sanctify the wife. Do not lose hope.

As for your workplace, be the worker bee that labors not for men but for the Lord. The philosopher’s soul is not touched by outward storms; though the winds of unfairness or weariness beat upon you, your inner man may stand unshaken, fixed on the will of God. If you must cry out under the burden, do so inwardly, where God alone hears. Hannah’s voice was not audible, yet she obtained her petition; Abel’s blood cried out louder than any trumpet. Your tomorrow at work is held in the hand of Him who dwelt among us without change, the Word took flesh not by losing His nature but by an ineffable union, that He might be near to our infirmities. Commend your day to that same Word, and say not, “I can do all good things,” but rather, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” That little word “through” is your ark. Board it each morning.

Go, then, in the courage this service has given you, courage born not of ritual but of renewed faith. Be the man who fears God more than man’s displeasure, who softens his own heart first by repentance, and who loves his own household as the church of God. May the Lord make straight your path, and may you find that the day you dreaded became a messenger of grace.
