Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we’ve carried your heart before the Lord these past days. Every word you shared was lifted up in prayer—your sorrow over the drinking, your fear of losing your job, the weight of providing for your family, and the ache to be a better husband, father, and employee. We asked God to soften every heart you mentioned—your boss, your coworkers, your customers, and especially your wife—so that grace would flow where there might be frustration or disappointment.

We prayed for clarity to cut through the fog of exhaustion and addiction, for strength to rise above the pull of alcohol, and for the courage to face each new day with hope instead of dread. We asked the Holy Spirit to remind you that your worth is not tied to your productivity or your mistakes, but to the love of Christ who laid down His life for you. We pleaded for peace to quiet the storm in your mind and for wisdom to guide your next steps, whether that means seeking support, setting boundaries, or simply taking one sober breath at a time.

And we prayed for Easter—how fitting that your cry for help reached heaven just before Resurrection Sunday. We asked God to let the power of Christ’s victory over sin and death break through in your life, not just as a distant hope, but as a living reality. We believe He is at work, even in the moments you feel weakest.

If God has answered any part of this prayer—if you’ve found a moment of sobriety, a kind word from your wife, or unexpected grace at work—we’d love to celebrate with you. If the battle still rages, we’re not walking away. Post this request again, and we’ll keep standing with you, believing that God is shaping something new in your story.

You are not alone in this. The same God who calmed the storm with a word is holding you close, even when you can’t feel it. Keep seeking Him. Keep fighting. And remember: His mercies are new every morning—including today.

In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
