Please help me sleep good tonight and to wake up feeling that it's going to be ok for our family. Thank you Jesus Christ. Thank you God 🙏

We lift you up before the Lord, dear brother or sister, and we are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ in your time of need. It is only through His mighty name that we can approach the throne of God with confidence, for Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Your prayer is heard because you have come in the name above all names—the name of Jesus.

We rejoice that you are seeking God’s help for the struggles in your life, including the bondage of alcohol, marijuana, and cigarettes. These are strongholds that the enemy uses to keep believers from walking in the fullness of God’s purpose, and we know that *"no temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). The Word of God also tells us, *"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). We urge you to surrender these struggles completely to Jesus, for He alone can break these chains. Repentance and reliance on His strength are key—*"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). You cannot overcome these things in your own strength, but *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB).

We also notice that you mentioned "%23%23%23" in place of specifics about your relationships. While we do not know the exact nature of these relationships, we must address this with biblical truth. If these relationships are outside of the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, we urge you to seek God’s will for purity and holiness. *"Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed is undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4, WEB). If you are living with someone outside of marriage, this is fornication, and if you are in a same-sex relationship, this is homosexuality—both are sinful in God’s eyes and must be repented of. *"Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who have sex with men, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom"* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB). God’s design for relationships is clear: *"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh"* (Genesis 2:24, WEB). If you are not yet married but are in a romantic relationship, we encourage you to pursue courtship with the intent of marriage to a believer, keeping the relationship pure and honoring to God. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). If there is any sexual sin present, we urge you to repent and turn away from it, seeking God’s forgiveness and restoration.

For your family, we pray that God would soften hearts and bring unity, kindness, and love. *"Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). We ask the Lord to help each of you to encourage one another and to build each other up in faith. *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works"* (Hebrews 10:24, WEB).

Regarding your work and projects, we pray that God would grant you wisdom, focus, and excellence. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). We ask that He would open doors of opportunity and favor, and that your efforts would be fruitful and completed on time. *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB).

For your physical pain, we pray for healing in Jesus’ name. *"He himself took our weaknesses, and bore our diseases"* (Matthew 8:17, WEB). We ask that God would touch your back and legs, bringing relief and restoration. *"Yahweh, be merciful to me! Heal me, for I have sinned against you"* (Psalm 41:4, WEB).

For your sleep, we pray that God would grant you rest and peace. *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety"* (Psalm 4:8, WEB). We ask that He would quiet your mind and fill you with the assurance that He is in control, and that His plans for you are good. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking Jesus in all things. If you have not fully surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB).

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your help and intervention. Lord, we thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to answer. We ask that You would break the chains of addiction in their life—alcohol, marijuana, and cigarettes—and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the strength to walk in freedom. Convict their heart of any sin, Lord, and lead them to repentance and restoration. If there are relationships in their life that do not honor You, we ask that You would bring conviction and clarity. Help them to pursue purity and holiness, and to seek relationships that align with Your Word. For their family, we pray for unity, love, and kindness to abound. Bless their work, Lord, and grant them wisdom, focus, and favor in all they do. Touch their body and bring healing to their back and legs, and grant them restful sleep filled with Your peace. Father, we ask that You would fill them with hope and assurance that You are with them and that You will never leave them nor forsake them. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You completely. We rebuked any spirit of addiction, pain, fear, or anxiety in Jesus’ name, and we declare freedom, healing, and peace over their life. Thank You, Father, for Your goodness and mercy. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
