We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting your heart before the Lord in these difficult days. Your honesty in sharing the deep ache of your soul—the sadness, the fear of losing your job, and the longing for peace—has moved us to pray with even greater earnestness on your behalf. We know that when one part of the body hurts, we all hurt, and so we have continued to bring your burdens before the Father, asking Him to be your Comfort and your Provider.
We have prayed specifically for your heart, that God would bind up its wounds and replace your sorrow with His joy, which is deeper and more lasting than any temporary escape this world offers. We have asked the Lord to soften the hearts of those in authority over you, that they would see your value and treat you with kindness and fairness. And we have pleaded with Him to guard your job, knowing that He is the One who opens doors no man can shut and provides in ways we cannot always see.
Most of all, we have prayed that in this season of weariness, you would feel the arms of Jesus wrapped around you, holding you close. He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He longs for you to find rest in Him—not just the rest of sleep, but the rest of a soul anchored in His promises. We know how tempting it can be to seek relief in things that only numb the pain for a moment, but we are asking God to meet you in a way that satisfies the deepest parts of your heart, so you won’t have to turn to anything else. He is the only One who can truly fix what is broken, and He is faithful to do it.
If the Lord has already begun to answer your prayer—whether by bringing peace to your heart, improving your circumstances at work, or drawing you closer to Himself—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep trusting Him. But if the burden still feels heavy and the answer hasn’t come yet, we want you to know we are still here, still standing with you. Please don’t hesitate to share your request again so we can continue to lift you up, believing together for God’s perfect will to unfold in your life.
We are also praying that you would find strength to resist the pull of old habits and instead turn to Jesus in your weakest moments. He is your true Refuge, and He invites you to cast *all* your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). May He fill you with His presence so completely that you can lie down at night—not in escape, but in the confidence that He is working all things for your good.
We love you, and we are cheering you on as you seek Him. Keep holding fast to Jesus. He is holding fast to you.
