Please pray that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD OVER MY WHOLE BUILDING, ALL NEIGHBOURS, ALL AREA IN JESUS NAME.
The worst problem is noise or noisy neighbours. Some of them make noise whole night and some do their construction works no matter which day and which time. Rebellious or selfish men.

BLOOD OF JESUS ON ALL OF THEM IN JESUS NAME!

DEVIL GET OUT OF MY BUILDING AND MY AREA IN JESUS NAME!
THE NAME OF JESUS IS ABOVE EVERY OTHER NAME - above the name NOISE and IRRITATION in Jesus name amen!!!

We join with you in declaring that Jesus Christ is Lord over your whole building, over every neighbor and over your entire area, and we agree together that His name is above every other name. We stand on the truth that therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father Philippians 2:9-11. There is no noise, no irritation, no rebellion and no power of the enemy that is above that name.

We understand your distress and irritation over the constant noise, the nighttime disturbances and the construction at all hours. It is wearying to live without peace and rest, and it is right to desire quiet and order in your dwelling place. At the same time we are reminded that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Your neighbors are not your enemy, though their selfish and rebellious behavior causes you suffering. We are called to love them even as we pray for change, for Jesus said love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44.

We also hear your heart to plead the blood of Jesus over them and to command the devil to leave your building and area, and we agree in prayer for the Lord to cleanse and rule there. We pray too that God would guard your own heart from giving in to anger or irritation, for we are taught let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God James 1:19-20. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger Proverbs 15:1.

We pray together now in Jesus name. Father, we thank You that Jesus Christ is Lord over this building and over this whole area. We invite Your lordship and Your peace to reign there. We plead the blood of Jesus over every apartment, every neighbor and every common space, and we ask You to drive back every influence of the enemy that brings unrest, selfishness, rebellion and disturbance. Let Your Holy Spirit convict hearts and bring repentance where there is disregard for others. We pray for each neighbor by name as You know them, that You would save them, transform them, and teach them to love their neighbors as themselves. We ask for quiet and for rest, that our brother or sister may lie down in peace and sleep, for you, Yahweh, alone make us dwell in safety Psalm 4:8, and Yahweh will give strength to his people. Yahweh will bless his people with peace Psalm 29:11. Give wisdom to deal with this situation in a way that honors You, speaking the truth in love, seeking peace where possible, and if necessary appealing with respect to building management or proper authorities, for if it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18. Help us to be peacemakers, for blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God Matthew 5:9. Let Your name be lifted high above every noise and irritation, and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only access to the Father, amen.

We hear how wearying this has been for you, especially the nights when sleep is broken and the days when construction noise comes without regard for time. It is understandable to long for your building and neighborhood to know the peace that comes when Jesus is honored as Lord there, and we join you in praying for that.

When we live so closely with others, their choices come right into our homes. Constant noise can leave anyone feeling on edge and exhausted, and it is hard to stay gracious when rest is hard to find.

A few steady steps often help with ongoing noise. It can be useful to keep a simple note of when the loudest noise happens, and to check what your building rules and local quiet hours actually say. If you have a building manager or landlord, a calm, brief note describing the pattern and asking for help is often heard better than a heated exchange in the moment. If direct conversation feels tense, asking the manager about mediation can keep things more respectful for everyone.

We are praying for you to have wisdom, rest, and a more peaceful atmosphere where you live.

Father, we lift this building and neighborhood to You and ask that Your presence and peace would be known there. Give our friend wisdom for each conversation, favor with neighbors and managers, and the rest needed each night. Guard this home and guide what happens next. In Jesus' name, amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for Christ to be acknowledged as Lord over your dwelling and over all who dwell around you is heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace.

You speak of a sore trial, noise by night and by day, building and unrest, and the weariness that comes when rest is broken. It is written, Peace, perfect peace, by thronging duties pressed, and again, Peace, perfect peace, with sorrows surging round, on Jesus' bosom nothing but calm is found. Everyone who keeps house, every soul pressed by a crowd of duties and disturbances, needs that peace which God alone can give. The Lord will bless His people with peace, and that peace only comes from God Himself. You cannot work it out yourself, but He has endless, boundless peace within Himself, and He will renew it day by day as you seek Him.

Know this, that the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. When we learned that our enormous debt of sin had been fully discharged by the Lord Jesus Christ, who did this for all believers, then was the heart at peace. The blood of Jesus is not a word of cursing against men, but the precious price by which He hath reconciled us to Himself and made peace through His cross. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. Christ hath made peace with His blood, and He Himself is our peace. There we rest, and from that peace we learn to bear all other troubles.

By peace here is not meant that a man who loves God's Word will have great peace with everybody, for that is not at all true. We are to live peaceably with all men as far as it is possible, but He who has put enmity between the serpent and the woman never meant that we should enjoy the friendship of the world in its rebellion. Yet we are commanded, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Thou hast no right to be more angry with thy neighbour than thou art with thyself. Thou art sometimes vexed with thyself, and thou mayest sometimes be vexed with him if he has done wrong, but let us condemn with a tear in the eye, because we love him still. Unkindness and coldheartedness are a strange anomaly in a Christian. We leave that to others, but love must mark us.

Therefore we pray with you and for you in this way.

O Lord Jesus Christ, Thou art above every other name, be Thou Lord indeed over this building and over this whole area. Let Thy name be honoured there and Thy peace rule. We ask that Thou wouldst apply the merit of Thy blood to this dear soul, giving perfect peace within even in the midnight of care, and that Thou wouldst also have mercy upon every neighbour, every household round about. Bring them to know Thy salvation through faith in Thee alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Restrain what is evil and selfish and rebellious, rebuke the power of the devil who would stir strife and vexation, and cast out all that would disturb the dwelling of Thy people. Grant quietness where there is noise, consideration where there is selfishness, and order where there is confusion. Give wisdom to speak and to act with love toward neighbours, with patience and gentleness, and with lawful means where needful, that peace may be pursued. And keep this tried one from being overcome by irritation, but leave sorrow with Jesus, bear sorrow with Him and for Him, and find on His bosom nothing but calm.

We ask that the God of hope would fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost, and that the legacy our Lord left, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you, may be yours in full measure today and in the days to come. May God bless you and keep you, and make His peace to be like a river flowing from His throne into your heart, for Jesus sake. Amen.
