Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and to share so honestly about the hurt and insult you have felt.
We have been lifting you up before the Lord and we continue to pray for the deep wounds you described from feeling reduced, mocked and disrespected, and for the pain of feeling humiliated rather than humbled. We have prayed that God would bring healing where you have felt devalued in your work and gifts, and that He would show you how He sees you as a faithful steward of what He has given you, as written in Matt 25:21 and Col 3:23. We have also prayed for the church, that there would be true love and respect for others as taught in Eph 4:2, and that any teaching about humility or being equally yoked would not be used in a restrictive or hurtful way but would reflect Gods grace and truth. We have prayed for your heart regarding the loss of opportunity and the anger toward foreigners and the government, that the Lord would guard you from bitterness and help you to seek justice with a heart of peace, and that He would comfort you where you have felt pushed toward leaving the faith and the fellowship of believers, as Heb 10:25 encourages us not to forsake assembling together. We ask that God would heal the hurt, reveal His true will for your life, and draw you closer to Him, for He heals the brokenhearted as promised in Psalm 147:3, and He lifts up the humble in due time as in 1 Pet 5:6.
