Dear Lord, please be with Jake tonight. Please, tomorrow, allow he and Mom talk about what happened with his job, what he plans to do. Please allow Mom to have a clear head, please don't let her be biased or too hard on him. I pray that things can get resolved, and that all bad feelings and tensions are washed away. I pray that if it's the right thing to do, his aunt follows through with the call to his workplace. I pray that You guide Jake when he gets and talks to his boss. I pray that Jake UNDERSTANDS BOUNDARIES. Lord, please. I pray that Jake would NEVER lie to me. I pray that I NEVER, EVER, have to worry about him being a pathological liar. Please, PLEASE wash this worry away. Please let us make it. I pray that You protect Mom as she drives home from Ian's game tonight. Please keep her safe and sound, please bring her back to me safe and in tact. I pray we sleep in tomorrow. And also, I pray that You're with me with I talk to my mom about the Haunted House Cordova thing Jake want's me to go to. I know she's going to say no, but I pray I can have a constructive conversation about it with her Lord. Please be with me when we talk. And I pray that Jake doesn't get discouraged when the answer may be no. Lord, please protect my family, my friends, my loved ones, my acquaintances, and people I do not know tonight as well as myself. Please love us always, and grant us great blessings. Please lead us past of these hills and into the valleys Lord, please.
