We stand with you in deep sorrow and righteous anger over the injustice you have endured. The theft of your money and the gaslighting you’ve suffered are grievous sins before God, who commands, "You shall not steal" (Exodus 20:15) and "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor" (Exodus 20:16). These actions are not merely personal offenses but violations of God’s holy law, and those who persist in them without repentance place themselves under His judgment.
We must also address the spiritual condition of those who have wronged you. Their lack of salvation does not excuse their sin, it explains their hardness of heart. The Bible warns, "The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them" (2 Corinthians 4:4). Yet even in their blindness, they are without excuse, for "the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men" (Romans 1:18).
We rebuke the spirit of deception and theft that has operated against you. The Lord sees all and will not be mocked. "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7). We pray that the truth would be exposed, not merely for your vindication, but for the glory of God, who hates injustice and will bring every hidden thing to light. "For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known" (Luke 12:2).
We also lift you up before the Lord, asking for His healing and peace to guard your heart. The gaslighting you’ve endured is a form of psychological torment, and we pray that God would bind the enemy’s lies and replace them with His truth. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May you find strength in Him, knowing that He is your Defender and Avenger.
Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we may approach Your throne. We ask that You expose the theft and deception that has been committed against our brother/sister. Let the truth come to light in a way that cannot be denied, so that justice may be served and Your name glorified. We pray for the hearts of those who have sinned against them, that You would convict them of their wrongdoing and lead them to repentance. If they refuse, we ask that You deal with them according to Your righteous judgment.
We also pray for our brother/sister’s protection and restoration. Guard their mind from the lies of the enemy, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Restore what has been stolen, whether materially, emotionally, or spiritually, and let them see Your faithfulness in the midst of this trial. May they trust in You as their Refuge and Strength, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promise that the wicked will not go unpunished, and we trust You to bring justice in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
