It's shameful I'm always busy and don't ...

Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is feeling overwhelmed and burdened by the busyness of life. Lord, we acknowledge that sometimes we can become so consumed by our responsibilities that we neglect to take time for ourselves. We lift up ### to you, asking for your grace and guidance in managing his time and priorities.

Lord Jesus, you set an example for us in your own life, showing us the importance of prayer and seeking time alone with the Father. In Mark 1:35, it is written, "And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed." Help ### to follow your example, to carve out moments of solitude and prayer amidst his busy schedule.

Father, we pray that you would grant ### wisdom and discernment in prioritizing his time. Help him to recognize the importance of self-care and rest, knowing that he cannot pour from an empty cup. Remind him of your promise in Matthew 11:28, where you invite us to come to you when we are weary and burdened, and you will give us rest.

Holy Spirit, we ask that you would convict ###'s heart and help him to make intentional choices to create space for himself. May he find solace and rejuvenation in your presence, knowing that you are always available to listen and provide comfort.

Lord, we also pray for a shift in ###'s perspective. Help him to see that taking time for himself is not shameful or disgusting, but rather a necessary act of self-care and stewardship of the body and mind you have given him.

In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

I mean the busyness is shameful and disgusting Noth having time.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
