We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to remind you that God is faithful, and His love for you is unfailing. It's important to remember that our faith is not in the promises themselves, but in the God who made them.
Firstly, let's address the health concerns. It's true that doctors may not have all the answers, but God can use them as instruments of His healing. In Jeremiah 30:17, WEB, He says, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Trust in His ability to heal and use the means He provides, including medical professionals. Job 14:5.
Regarding finances, remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our financial well-being. In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear, because God knows we need all these things, but God will put all these things on us if we seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness. But He also warns us that we cannot serve both God and Mammon.
Now, let's address the spiritual concerns. You mentioned Hebrews 11:13, which says, These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. The heroes of faith in Hebrews 11 didn't receive the promises in their lifetime, but they held onto their faith and confessed to their salvation in another place. Their faith was not in vain.
You also mentioned that God can't help you, but we know that God is willing and able to help us in our time of need. In Hebrews 4:16, WEB, it says, Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8) Jesus saves all who call upon his name I Romans 10:13.
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. This is clearly stated in John 14:6. We are saved by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and confessing with our mouths that He is our Lord and Savior. By believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, we are saved. Romans 10:9
You mentioned that you've fallen away, but remember that God is always ready to welcome you back with open arms. In Luke 15:11-32, WEB, Jesus tells the parable of the prodigal son, which reminds us that God is always waiting for us to return to Him, and when we do, He runs to meet us and welcomes us back with joy.

Lord Jesus, we also pray for their faith. We ask that You help them to hold onto You, even when the promises seem far off. Help them to confess You as their Lord and Savior, and to trust in Your unfailing love.
