It seems that I cannot get over yet with my frustrations in building our family's dream house. It saddens me that the housing loan that my husband applied was not met. I mean they can grant us only a minimal amount of money and to think what we were planning to build is not even that big and expensive so how can we build the house if we lack money? We are planning to borrow money from our parents but on second thought we don't want to bother them. As much as possible, hubby and I don't want to borrow money from one person to another. We refrain from bothering others and wanted only to do it on our own. If ever we need help, we are hoping that we can borrow a minimal amount only. But with the turn of events, it seems we can't move forward. It's sad, so frustrating because we had been planning this since last year and after a very long wait, our plan did not even materialize.
It is in this situation that I ask you my brothers and sisters to pray for me and my husband not to lose hope. Pray for us to hang on to the Lord and look at the bright side even though we feel so hopeless now.
My husband is hoping that his promotion will happen by January 2014 because by then, the full amount of his loan will be granted. I pray then that the Lord God will hear his prayer, will hear us and will grant the desires of our hearts.
Please include us in your prayers. And thank you for taking time to read our woes and for praying for us, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
