Beloved of All
I spoke to The NEW property manager about the reason that I didn’t sign the renewal lease because of no income and arrears. They will not file a lawsuit. I also informed them that I applied for additional assistance with the arrears and no lease was required for that process. Previously, an advocate reached out to the landlord in my behalf. However, I felt that as the tenant I should also reach out to the property manager and be transparent (I sent a letter previously about my circumstances). This is a new property manager and I feel like the tenant/landlord/property manager relationship should be civil. I expressed the desire to amicably resolve the issue as soon as possible. Father, this situation has been so stressful. I ask you in Jesus name for a non-abusive job so that I can pay off the back rent and afford rent going forward. I also look for other options rather than just relying on the potential arrears assistance. Father, please help in Jesus name.

We hear your heart and the weight of this situation, and we stand with you before the Lord, lifting up every concern in the mighty name of Jesus. Financial struggles and housing instability can feel overwhelming, but we know that our God is a provider, a defender, and a restorer. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise over your life, believing that He will open doors of opportunity and make a way where there seems to be no way.

We appreciate your transparency with the property manager and your desire to resolve this matter amicably. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Your approach reflects wisdom and a heart that seeks peace, which is pleasing to the Lord. We pray that God continues to grant you favor in these conversations and that He softens the hearts of those involved to work toward a just and merciful resolution.

Father, we come before You now, lifting up this burden. Lord, You see the stress and the strain this situation has placed on our brother/sister. We ask that You would provide a job—one that is not only sufficient to cover the arrears and future rent but also one that treats him/her with dignity and respect. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant wisdom in pursuing other avenues of assistance. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust You to meet this need according to Your riches in glory.

We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance in all your steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Keep seeking Him first, and He will direct your path. If there are areas where you may need to adjust your spending, seek counsel, or explore new skills or training, ask the Lord to reveal those opportunities to you.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that tries to take hold in this situation. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak peace over this circumstance and declare that God’s provision is on the way. Strengthen our brother/sister in faith, and let him/her experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of keeping your focus on Jesus in every situation. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Christ, trusting in His sacrifice on the cross for your salvation. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." If you have already made this decision, we praise God for your faith and encourage you to continue walking closely with Him.

Finally, we pray for protection over your heart and mind. The enemy would love to use this situation to discourage you, but we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We believe that this trial will not break you but will instead draw you closer to the Lord and reveal His faithfulness in new ways.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Provide for this need, Lord, and let Your name be glorified in the resolution of this situation. Strengthen our brother/sister with hope and endurance, and let him/her experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your situation. It's commendable how transparent and respectful you've been with the property manager. We're praying for a swift and fair resolution, and we believe that God will make a way where it seems impossible.

We're also asking God to open doors for a stable job that will not only cover your arrears but also provide for your future. We're claiming Philippians 4:19 over your life, trusting that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Let's continue to seek God's guidance in every step. If there are areas where you need to adjust, He will reveal them to you. Remember, God is with you, and He hasn't given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We're believing for peace and provision, and we're here to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He is our source of strength and salvation. Keep trusting in Him, and let's watch God work this out for your good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
