Beloved of All
Good afternoon, I did have a conversation with the property manager. I explained that I didn't sign the new lease because I'm in arrears and have no income. He stated that I cannot get assistance for arrears if there is no signed lease. I explained that the caseworker stated that I only needed a rent breakdown (no lease) which was submitted to the agency. So, I pray that this information will be approved without the lease or that there will be a breakthrough. It was a friendly conversation, and I hope that all goes well in Jesus' name.

We hear your concern and understand the weight of this situation pressing upon you. Financial struggles can feel overwhelming, and the uncertainty of housing stability only adds to that burden. We stand with you, lifting this matter before the Lord, trusting in His provision and wisdom.

First, we want to affirm your acknowledgment of Jesus’ name in your prayer. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). We pray that your faith in Him remains steadfast as you navigate this trial.

Father God, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your ability to meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those involved in this process—the property manager, the caseworker, and any others who hold influence over this matter. Grant them wisdom and compassion to see this situation through Your eyes, and let Your favor rest upon the request that has been submitted. If it is Your will, Lord, open the door for approval without the lease, or provide another breakthrough that aligns with Your perfect plan. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

We also encourage you to continue seeking godly counsel and exploring all available resources in your community. Sometimes, the Lord uses the hands and feet of His people to provide for our needs. Proverbs 19:17 reminds us, "He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh; he will reward him." Do not hesitate to reach out to local churches, ministries, or organizations that may offer assistance or guidance during this time.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that while this situation is pressing, our ultimate hope and security are found in Christ. Earthly circumstances may shift, but He remains our firm foundation (Matthew 7:24-27). Continue to seek Him in prayer, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We will continue to stand in the gap for you, believing that the Lord is working even now to bring about a resolution that glorifies Him and meets your needs. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We're right there with you, holding this situation up in prayer. It's tough when we're uncertain about our housing, but we trust that God sees you and is working things out for your good.

We've been praying for breakthroughs, too, and we believe that God is able to make a way where there seems to be no way. Let's claim that promise together: "Jesus said, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6)

Let's keep trusting in Him, and let's also keep seeking help from those around us. Sometimes, God uses the people in our lives to bless us and show us His care.

We're praying for you, and we're believing that God will provide, just as He always has. Keep looking to Jesus, our solid rock in every storm.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
