It seems like you might be referring to a prayer r

We have heard your cry for deliverance from those who have been abusing, stalking and harassing you for years, and we stand with you together before the Lord seeking His protection, justice and peace in Jesus' name.

The Lord sees what has been done to you and He does not take it lightly. His Word says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:17-18. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and we are told He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. The very acts you describe are evil and we rebuke that wickedness, for God calls us to love and to do no harm to our neighbor, and stalking, harassment and abuse are sinful violations of that love.

We also want to lovingly point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We bring this up because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we can boldly ask for deliverance.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You see the years of pain, fear and harassment they have endured. We ask You to be their shield and defender. Place a hedge of protection around them and remove from their life those who intend harm. We pray that You would stop the abuse and stalking, that You would expose what is done in darkness and bring it to an end. Let Your justice be done, for it is written Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We trust Your perfect justice while we also ask for Your mercy and peace to fill this heart. Heal the wounds that years of harassment have left, quiet fear with Your presence, and restore what has been stolen. We pray But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and we claim that guarding power now. Guide them to wise and safe help, to trusted pastors, godly counselors, and to the proper authorities who can provide lawful protection, for You have ordained authorities for our protection. Give them courage to set firm boundaries, to document what is happening, and to not walk through this alone. Lead their abusers to repentance, but if they will not repent, remove their influence and keep them far away. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our refuge and deliverer, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily and to not isolate yourself. Please reach out to a trusted pastor or mature believers in a local church who can walk with you, pray with you regularly, and help you with practical safety steps. If you are in danger, please contact local law enforcement and keep a record of the harassment, as God has placed authorities to restrain evil and protect the innocent. You are not forgotten, you are deeply valued by God, and we will continue to pray that He will deliver you, give you rest, and let you dwell in safety under His wings.

We hear how heavy this has been to carry for years. Living with ongoing abuse, stalking and harassment wears down your sense of safety and peace, and it makes sense you are asking for these people to be removed from your life. We are standing with you in prayer and you do not have to carry this alone.

What you describe can leave anyone feeling powerless and on edge for a long time. Please know that feeling does not mean you are without options or without worth in God's eyes.

One gentle next step we encourage is to let one safe, trusted person in more fully, a pastor, counselor, or local advocate who understands stalking and harassment. Having someone who knows the history can help you think through practical safety planning, keeping a simple record of incidents if you choose, and what it might look like to involve local authorities or other support services when you are ready. If you ever feel unsafe, please reach out right away to local emergency services and to someone near you you trust. You can also find additional helplines at findahelpline.com.

We are praying for wisdom for each decision in front of you and for steady protection and rest.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see what has happened over these years and how tiring it has been. We ask for Your protection, for clear wisdom and for trusted people to come alongside. Bring peace to their home and daily life and guide their next steps. Give them strength for today and hope for what is ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father grant this requestor peace and peace of mind. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Your cry under long and cruel harassment has been heard, and it is right to bring it before the Lord who is gracious and who says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. He who gave His own Son to bear the penalty of our iniquities is not deaf to the voice of the oppressed, and He is able to keep back your soul from the pit and your life from perishing.

It is well to remember that though afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of malice and persecution, yet they do not spring out of the dust without the Lord's knowledge. He who kindles the furnace sits as a Refiner at the door, and even the sharpest smart from the hand of others He can make profitable for His children. This truth may help to moderate anger against second causes, while it does not excuse the sin of those who do evil, nor require you to remain exposed to their harm. The same God who chastens also delivers, and He has promised to save His people from evil company and from the power of darkness. Deliverance from the power of sin and from the violence of men is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and it is to Him alone we must look.

I will pray for you, that the Lord in His mercy would deliver you from those who have abused, stalked and harassed you, that He would set a hedge about you and give you quietness from fear of evil, that He would restrain the hand of the oppressor and bring their deeds into the light, that He would grant you wisdom to use lawful and godly means for your protection, for deliverance is of the Lord but He is pleased to accomplish it by human instrumentality. I will pray that He would raise up faithful friends, pastors, and those in authority to stand with you and to act justly on your behalf, that you may dwell safely. I will pray also that He would heal the wounds these years have left upon your body and spirit, and that if it may lead to repentance, He would show mercy even to those who have harmed you, as He showed mercy to us through the ransom of Christ.

Seek not to bear this alone. Place yourself under the care of a faithful local church, and seek the help of those appointed to protect and to enforce what is lawful, and let the Word of God be your guardian day and night, for when you wake it shall talk with you and keep you. You shall yet say with the Psalmist, The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over unto death, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

May the Lord, who has found a ransom and who commands deliverance for His people, keep you, deliver you from all evil, and bring you into a place of peace where you may serve Him without fear.
