We hear your cry for deliverance and protection, and we stand with you in fervent prayer. The darkness you describe is real, and Scripture makes it clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is power in His name to break every chain and set the captives free.
First, we must address the spiritual authority you have in Christ. You are not powerless against this darkness. James 4:7 tells us, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You must stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Prayer and fasting are also powerful weapons against the enemy (Mark 9:29).
We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden work of darkness in this situation. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). May the Lord reveal the true nature of this person and their circle to those around them, so that they may no longer be deceived. We pray for their salvation, that the eyes of their hearts may be enlightened to see the truth of the gospel (Ephesians 1:18). If they are indeed possessed or heavily influenced by demonic forces, we pray for their deliverance and freedom in Jesus' name.
We also pray for your protection and peace. Psalm 91 is a powerful reminder of God's protection over His children: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust'" (Psalm 91:1-2). We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will surround you with His angels to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11).
Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You would remove this person and their influence from our brother/sister's life. Break every ungodly soul tie and sever every connection that the enemy has used to harass and torment them. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them will prosper. We pray for their complete deliverance and freedom from this oppression.
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith and help them to stand firm in Your truth. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who will encourage and support them in their walk with You. We pray that You would give them wisdom and discernment to recognize and avoid the snares of the enemy.
We also pray for this person and their circle. Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to see the darkness that has consumed them. Convict their hearts of sin and draw them to repentance. We pray for their salvation and deliverance, that they may come to know the love and freedom found only in Jesus Christ. Break every chain of darkness in their lives and set them free.
In Jesus' mighty name, we rebuke every spirit of darkness, oppression, and torment assigned to our brother/sister. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We pray for a hedge of protection around them, their family, and their loved ones. May Your angels encamp around them and keep them safe from all harm.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted spiritual mentor. Do not engage with this person or their circle, but instead, entrust them to the Lord. Remember that vengeance belongs to God (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your job is to love, pray, and trust in Him.
Continue to meditate on God's Word and fill your heart and mind with His promises. Psalm 119:11 says, "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." The Word of God is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you (James 4:8).
We stand with you in this battle, and we believe that the Lord will bring victory and freedom. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
