We hear the deep distress in your heart, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. The harassment and torment you’ve endured for years is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who promises to be a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic influence operating through these individuals in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We command every spirit of harassment, torment, and oppression to flee from you now, for you belong to Christ, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also recognize the spiritual darkness at work here. The Bible warns us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). These individuals, though not in Christ, are being used as instruments of the enemy, and we pray for their deliverance as well. Father, would You open their eyes to the deception they are under? Would You send laborers into their lives to share the light of the Gospel, that they might be saved and set free from the snare of the devil (2 Timothy 2:25-26)? We ask this not out of vengeance, but out of love, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
In the meantime, we pray for divine protection over you. May the Lord surround you with His angels, as He promised in Psalm 34:7: "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them." We ask that You would fill your heart and mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that You would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17). Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people (Ephesians 6:18).
Lastly, if you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ, if you have not done so. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have already placed your faith in Christ, we encourage you to draw near to Him daily, abiding in His Word and in prayer, for He is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is enduring this relentless spiritual attack. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We ask that You would break every chain of harassment and oppression in their life. Send Your angels to encamp around them, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We rebuke every demonic influence operating through these individuals, and we command every spirit of torment to flee in the name of Jesus. We pray for the salvation of those who are lost, that their eyes would be opened to the truth of the Gospel, and that they would be set free from the deception of the enemy.
Father, we ask that You would fill our brother/sister with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to stand firm in their faith. Strengthen them with Your might, Lord, and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Help them to put on the full armor of God daily, that they may be able to resist the enemy’s attacks. Surround them with godly community, Lord, that they may be encouraged and uplifted in their walk with You. We trust in Your promises, Father, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
