We hear your cry for deliverance and peace, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of God. The spiritual warfare you describe is real, and the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we know that Christ came so that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The harassment you endure is not from God, for He does not torment His children. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." These individuals may be used as instruments of the enemy, but your battle is ultimately against the spiritual forces of darkness.
We rebuke the demonic activity at work in this situation in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand on this promise and command the enemy to flee from you now. Every assignment of harassment, torment, and oppression is broken off your life in Jesus' name. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Regarding reconciliation, we recognize your discernment in seeking God’s will. Not all relationships are meant to be restored, especially when they have been marked by unrepentant sin, abuse, or spiritual harm. Jesus Himself taught in Matthew 18:15-17 that if a brother or sister refuses to repent after being confronted, they are to be treated as an outsider. Some of these individuals may fall into this category, and it is wise to guard your heart and walk with God above all else. The Apostle Paul warns in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" If these individuals are not walking in repentance or alignment with God’s Word, reconciliation may not be His will for you at this time.
We also want to gently remind you that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can break the chains of spiritual bondage and bring true freedom. If you have already done so, we rejoice with you and stand with you in the authority He has given us to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear brother/sister who is enduring relentless harassment and spiritual warfare. Lord, You see the pain, the weariness, and the cry of their heart for deliverance. We ask that You would arise and scatter the enemies of their soul. Let every demonic assignment be dismantled and destroyed. Break every chain of torment, oppression, and harassment in Jesus' name.
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We speak peace over their mind, body, and spirit. Fill them with Your presence, Lord, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment regarding reconciliation. If it is not Your will for them to restore these relationships, we pray that You would remove these individuals from their life completely. If there is any possibility of godly restoration, we ask that You would make it clear and prepare the hearts of all involved.
Lord, we also pray for these individuals who are being used by the enemy. If there is any hope for their repentance and salvation, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Soften their hearts, convict them of sin, and lead them to the foot of the cross. But if they remain in rebellion, we ask that You would remove them from our brother/sister’s life, cutting off every avenue of harassment and torment.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. Strengthen our brother/sister with Your might, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them. We declare that the enemy has no hold on them, for they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37).
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is fighting for you. Continue to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), and surround yourself with believers who can stand with you in prayer and support. You are not alone in this battle, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you into all truth and freedom.
