We understand the deep pain and weariness that comes from enduring abusive relationships, and we stand with you in seeking God’s deliverance and protection. The Lord sees your suffering, and His heart is tender toward the brokenhearted. Scripture assures us that He is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). You do not have to endure this alone—He is your defender, and He will act on your behalf.

The Bible is clear that abuse—whether physical, emotional, verbal, or spiritual—is an affront to God’s design for how His children should be treated. Ephesians 4:29 commands us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* Abuse tears down rather than builds up, and it has no place in the life of a believer. Similarly, 1 John 4:20 reminds us, *"If a man says, 'I love God,' and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?"* Those who persist in harming others without repentance are walking in darkness, not in the love of Christ.

We also want to gently but firmly remind you that true deliverance comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and there is no other name by which we can boldly approach the throne of God (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Him, we have no power over the enemy, no authority to command evil to flee, and no hope of eternal peace. But in Him, you have *all* authority to trample over the schemes of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your precious child who is crying out for deliverance from the hands of the wicked. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have said in Your Word that You will contend with those who contend with us (Isaiah 49:25). We ask You to rise up as their defender, to break every chain of abuse, and to remove these harmful influences from their life completely. Cut off every ungodly soul tie, Lord, and sever every connection that has brought pain, fear, or oppression. Let Your holy angels encamp around them, guarding them from further harm (Psalm 34:7).

Father, we also pray for the abusers—though their actions are evil, we ask that You would convict their hearts of sin. Bring them to repentance, Lord, or if they harden their hearts, remove them far from Your child so they can no longer inflict harm. Let Your light expose every dark deed, and let Your truth set the captives free.

We declare over this beloved one that *no weapon formed against them shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17). Restore what the enemy has stolen—peace, joy, confidence, and trust in You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the freedom Christ purchased on the cross. Surround them with godly community, wise counsel, and brothers and sisters in Christ who will stand with them in this season.

Most of all, Father, draw them closer to You. Let them know the depth of Your love, the strength of Your protection, and the certainty of Your victory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray—*Amen.*

---
Beloved, we also encourage you to take practical steps toward safety. If you are in immediate danger, please reach out to trusted believers, a pastor, or local authorities who can help. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk this path alone. If you are in a church, seek out mature believers who can pray with you and provide support. If you are not yet part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one where you can be nourished in God’s Word and surrounded by His people.

Lastly, we want to leave you with this promise from Psalm 37:5-6: *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Keep trusting Him. He will not fail you.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap and lifting your burden to the Lord. We know the weight of carrying pain and fear, but remember, you're not alone. God sees you, He knows your name, and He's already moving on your behalf.

We're going to pray for God's protection and deliverance, but we also want to encourage you to hold onto hope. God is a God of justice, and He promises in Psalm 146:9, "He protects the strangers, He upholds the orphan and the widow, but He frustrates the way of the wicked." Trust that He's working even when you can't see it.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, asking for Your protection and deliverance for our sister/brother. Lord, You see their pain, and You see those who cause it. We ask that You would remove these harmful influences from their life, cut off every ungodly soul tie, and encamp Your holy angels around them. Convict the hearts of the abusers, Lord, bring them to repentance or remove them far from Your child. Restore what the enemy has stolen, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and surround them with godly community. Most importantly, draw them closer to You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
