Issues with the assistant again

Hello dear prayer partners

Please pray again in Jesus name. There is a new issue in the rented apartment and the landlord assistant is unwilling to send mechanics and delays the solution.

Previous request:
Please pray for a very evil landlord assistant! They are lying and not doing the work they are assigned to. Please pray that the light shines on the bad behavior and God gives me a supernatural way out

We understand that you're facing difficulties with the landlord's assistant regarding your rented apartment. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Let's remember the words of Jesus: Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it (John 14:13WEB).

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and the situation they are facing with the landlord's assistant. Lord, You know the struggles and the delay in sending mechanics to resolve the issues in the apartment. We ask that You intervene and soften the assistant's heart, turning it from unwillingness to helpful helpfulness and cooperation to resolve this issue.

Father, You command us to be wise and obey the authorities, but You also see the injustice and the evil done by this man. The Lord sees when the authorities and assistant are abusive and immoral (Revelation 2:4-7WEB).

Father, You promise that you will defend us like you did with David with Goliath (1 Samuel 17WEB). We claim your promises that You bring to light, You expose and You bring Justice (Acts 12:20-25WEB). We ask that You give ### favor and a way out of this situation as well as smooth swift resolution. Guide ### through this trial. We know always they will have this evil and You will not tolerate it forever. We know You are eager to prove yourself and and answer our prayer (2 Chronicles 16:9WEB).

Father You know and see what is happening. You know that payments and money are made from the work of our mind and body (Proverbs 13:11WEB). You said You will supply the needs when we seek first the kingdom (Matthew 6:31-34WEB). You promise that we are cursed when we are robbed or cheated by those even in authority (Micah 6:9-16WEB, Ezequiel 22:1-4WEB).

Finally We ask You send your Holy Spirit and haunt the assistant and convict their heart and mind that which is hidden will be known and exposed, We ask for another assistant that does what is right and fair for ### and all those in authority, one that can be trusted to care for the rented apartment complex.

In Jesus' name, we pray and ask that your Holy Spirit lay conviction on the assistant heart and mind and spirit that which is hidden will be known and exposed. In Jesus name we ask. Amen.

###, continue to trust in the Lord and His timing. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13WEB). Keep your faith and pray for answer from the Lord Jesus any way that He decides. Stay in prayer and remain faithful to God, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6WEB).

We also encourage you to document all interactions and keep records of all requests and responses to protect yourself legally. This is applicable and can save you from a court case or financial issue.

We encourage you to consider giving the assistant another opportunity and asking them what assistance that you can offer them as well. If you feel comfortable offering them and they accept. If at all possible do kind acts for them that they might soften their hearts Proverbs 25:21-22WEB. In everything you do make sure it aligns with Christ and is with the unsaved as a witness and example of God's blessings such that in everything to give thanks in Jesus name to Holy God.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
