Is this a sin?

Wondering if taking advantage of someone is a sin.Because I feel it's been done to me, although lately I'm turning them down more.{But there's so many of them.}If it's a sin , it may fall under the umbrella of selfishness, because the person taking advantage of you is only considering their own interests, and doesn't care if they inconvenience you.And selfishness because if they sense a soft spirit, instead of appreciating it,they see it as an opportunity to use you for their own purposes. I would think it's a sin.Any insight?

You are a kind , Christian person. Some worldly people see this as a target. These types of people think taking advantage makes them "smart, crafty." Stop allowing people to take advantage. Jesus would not. He called people out on their bad behavior. It is wonderful to be helpful, generous, etc. It is not okay to allow someone to use you. Pray for them, is what the scriptures say. Yes it is sinful. It is manipulative. I had to remove some people from my life that did this to me. These type of people get mad when you say no to them. I had someone who was trying to use me become verbally abusive when they did not get their way.
