Does the Lord know about my condition, Is He aware what I am dealing with...
Yes He does, and he allows thse things to take place so that His glory might be manifested in our lifes.
´During that long period, the king of Egypt died. The Israelites groaned in their slavery and cried out, and their cry for help because of their slavery went up to God. God heard their groaning and he remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac and with Jacob. So God looked on the Israelites and was concerned about them´
(Exo 2:23-25)
In the story of exodus the peole of Israel desperately needed God´s help and deliverance, and the Lord knew that. He was not unaware of their afflictions, their suffeing, and He gave him the promise.
So The LORD said, “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them. So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.†(Exo 3:7-10)
Now what happens next seems really unreasonable, because it would seem as though things are not going the way they supposed to be going. Sometimes it seems unreasonable to and we do not fully understand what God doing...
´The LORD said to Moses, “When you return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go´ (Exo 4:21)
´But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and though I multiply my signs and wonders in Egypt, he will not listen to you. Then I will lay my hand on Egypt and with mighty acts of judgment I will bring out my divisions, my people the Israelites. And the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD when I stretch out my hand against Egypt and bring the Israelites out of it.´ (Exo 7:3-5)
Sometimes we feel we are not being delivered and the door is shut...
` Moses returned to the LORD and said, “Why, Lord, why have you brought trouble on this people? Is this why you sent me? Ever since I went to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has brought trouble on this people, and you have not rescued your people at all.†(Ex 5:22-23)
Moses speaks to the Lord in a very honest and sincere way. He makes known to Him his troubles and concerns. Good thing to do...What is God´s response?
´Therefore, say to the Israelites: ‘I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the LORD.’â€
Moses reported this to the Israelites, but they did not listen to him because of their discouragement and harsh labor.`
(Exo 6:5-9)
Sometimes we fel like all is lost and there is no way out. Sometimes we tend to question the Word. But The Lord can make a way where there is no way, so that His glory might be manifested in our lifes.
In his time..
He will answer and He will deliver us.
Yes He does, and he allows thse things to take place so that His glory might be manifested in our lifes.
