You are right to bring this to the Lord, because He alone knows fully what is in every heart and what the true intentions have been. You quoted Psalm 34 well, that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, He keeps all his bones, not one is broken, and that those who hate the righteous will be condemned while the Lord redeems His servants. That promise does not mean we will not face trouble, but it does mean that God sees, He guards, and He will bring justice in His time. You have testified that He has protected you more than once, and we thank Him for that protection.
Scripture places a very high value on truth. Jesus said He Himself is the way, the truth, and the life, and that His words are truth that will outlast heaven and earth. That truth is not a shifting idea that changes with circumstances or personal feelings. God has established standards, and His truth dwells in those who belong to Him and remains with them forever. One of the greatest joys for those who walk with the Lord is to see His people walking in truth, living in a way that is consistent with what they profess.
Part of walking in truth is learning to discern it carefully. The Bible warns often about falsehood, and one warning is that deception is rarely entirely false. Often it is mostly true, which is what makes it convincing. That is why we are told to test what we hear, to look at the fruit and to hold fast to the Word of God rather than to hearsay or rumor. In your situation this cuts both ways. It is painful to be accused on the basis of what someone else said, without evidence, as happened when you were shouted at and accused of entering a house you had not entered. To bear false witness against a neighbor is a serious matter before God. At the same time, we must be careful not to do the same to others by settling in our own minds on conclusions we cannot prove, such as that people were hired to harm you or that technicians were paid to make the heating and electrical systems dangerous. You have been honest to say you do not know for sure, and only God knows. That honesty honors Him. We can ask Him to reveal what is hidden and to expose what needs to be exposed, while leaving judgment to Him.
A faithful life lived quietly before God also speaks. When a person consistently cares for others and walks uprightly, that reputation becomes known, as with Ruth whose character was known throughout her town. Continue to walk in that kind of integrity. Let your conduct, your speech, and your willingness to speak truthfully and without exaggeration commend your faith, even when others do not act the same way.

We ask for Your continued protection over him, for peace to guard his heart from fear, and for wisdom for any practical steps he should take for safety, including seeking qualified help to assess any past danger and appropriate help if he feels threatened now.
We ask that You would bring the truth into the light, whatever it is. If wrong was done in that apartment, if systems were tampered with, if accusations are false, make it known in Your way and time. We pray for the former landlord and for the woman who has acted aggressively and abusively. Soften hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh that can hear Your call. Bring conviction where there has been lying or evasion of responsibility, and bring repentance and a willingness to make things right where apology and restitution are due. Break arrogance and evil with Your mercy and truth, and lead them to submit to You.
Help our brother to walk in truth, to love truth, to speak truth in love, and to leave vengeance in Your hands. Give him grace to forgive as You have forgiven, without excusing wrong, and to rest in the knowledge that Your word stands forever and Your justice does not fail. Let him know the comfort of Your presence as he walks through this valley, for You are with him. Amen.
