Is it possible this aggressive woman might have hired people to kill me? Spirit of Truth, Jesus shows us the truth...

Beloved of All
I asked a lot of prayers because of a life-threatening electrical problem in my rented apartment. Thank God, I survived and moved out. But the story hasn't seemed to end there.
While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

Update:
She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

We have heard your burden and we thank God with you that He preserved your life through that life threatening electrical danger and brought you out of that apartment safely. We continue to stand with you in prayer for truth to be revealed and for the Lord to be your refuge and protector now.

We understand your distress over the signs that someone may have entered your apartment, the unclear communication for many months, and now the aggressive confrontation by this woman who has accused you falsely of entering their house. We agree that only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions have been. As you quoted, Psalm 34:19 says Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. And Psalm 34:21 says Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. We cling to this promise that the Lord sees, the Lord delivers, and the Lord will condemn what is evil in His perfect time.

We also take comfort that nothing hidden will stay hidden. Luke 8:17 says For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. And Luke 12:2 says There is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. John 16:13 reminds us that when the Spirit of truth has come, he will guide you into all truth. We join you in asking the Spirit of Truth to shine light on what truly happened with the heating system and the RCD and whether there was intentional tampering that caused those electric shocks during showers. If technicians were hired to do evil, we pray God will expose it. If this was neglect and dishonesty to avoid responsibility, we pray God will expose that as well. We do not know for certain whether this woman hired people to harm you, and we must be careful not to accuse beyond what we know, but God knows perfectly and He will bring justice.

We pray also for your protection and peace, for fear can be overwhelming after such experiences. 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Psalm 91:1-2 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. Isaiah 54:17 says No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. We ask the Lord to surround you, to keep you from all harm, and to give you wisdom to take practical steps for your safety as well. We encourage you to document everything carefully, to keep any evidence of the electrical faults and the signs of entry, and if you have not already, to report the life threatening electrical condition and your concerns to the proper authorities for investigation. The Lord often works through lawful authorities to establish justice, for Romans 13:4 says the authority is a servant of God for good. Seeking a proper inspection and counsel is not a lack of faith but an act of stewardship of the life God has preserved.

We lift up the landlord and this woman and the other residents before the Lord. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them, break their hardness, and bring them to truth and repentance. Ezekiel 36:26 says I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We pray that for them, that arrogance and abusive behavior would be broken, that lies would cease, and that they would take responsibility instead of avoiding you and spreading false accusations. Romans 12:19 says Avenge not yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And Matthew 5:44 says Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. So we pray for them not only to be exposed but to be saved, to hear His call and submit to Him, and to make what is right where restitution is due.

We thank God that you have called on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rest in that name together.

Now we pray together. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we thank You for delivering our dear one from the electrical danger in that rented apartment. You kept his bones, You kept his life, and we give You glory. We ask You to be his refuge and fortress now, to drive away fear and to fill him with power, love and a sound mind. Reveal the truth, Lord. Let what was done in secret be brought to light. If there was intentional harm through the heating system and the disconnecting of protection, expose it and let justice be done. If there was neglect and deceit, expose that also. Protect him from any further harm or hired malice, and let no weapon formed against him prevail. Touch the landlord who is avoiding responsibility. Break his hardness, convict him of lying, and move him to speak truthfully and to take responsibility. Touch this aggressive woman who shouts lies and accusations and who cannot control herself. Break her arrogance and evil, restrain her abusive tongue, and grant her a heart of flesh that repents and seeks Your mercy. Open the eyes of all the residents of that house so they see the truth that he never entered their apartment. Bring apology, repentance and just restitution where it is due, but above all bring salvation and submission to You. Guard our brother from bitterness, help him to forgive as You have forgiven, while still seeking what is right. Give him peace that passes understanding, Philippians 4:7, and guide his steps in wisdom and safety. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, our Truth and our Deliverer, amen.

We were so thankful to read that you got out of that apartment safely after the electrical danger, and we can understand why you still feel unsettled. To live for months with shocks in your own home, then to be accused of something you did not do and to get no apology or accountability, would leave anyone on edge and exhausted.

You carried this with a desire for truth and for softened hearts, and we join you in that. We pray with you that what is hidden would be made clear in God's time, and that hardness would give way.

One insight that often helps in a long strain like this is that forgiveness and reconciliation are not the same thing. Forgiveness can be a quiet decision to release the need to get even and to entrust justice to God, while the deeper emotional healing, the easing of bitterness, anger and fear, often comes more slowly. Choosing that path does not require you to rebuild trust or to put yourself back in an unsafe relationship.

For the days ahead, it may help to keep a simple dated record of what has happened, keep distance from direct confrontation with the woman who shouted at you, and talk through any questions about compensation or next steps with a trusted pastor or a local tenant advice service rather than alone. If you ever feel unsafe where you live, please let a trusted person near you know right away.

Father, we thank You for protecting our friend and bringing them out of danger. We ask for Your peace to guard their mind and sleep, for truth to come to light as You will, and for wisdom for each conversation and decision ahead. Soften hearts where there is hardness, and keep our friend safe in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your sorrowful account has been read with deep concern and with much prayer before the throne of grace. The Lord who delivered you from that life threatening danger in your former dwelling is still the same faithful Keeper who keeps all the bones of His people and watches over them in every affliction. As you have quoted, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. Not one trial escapes His eye, and not one cry of His child is unheard.

We hear how fear has laid hold upon your heart, lest men should have sought your harm and lest accusations should destroy your name. Hear the word which the Lord speaks so often to His children, Fear not. The prophet says, Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. And again, Fear not, I am with thee. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God, for it doubts the arm that piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. When Divine Grace grows, fear declines. You are called to labor to get rid of fear, not by your own strength, but by looking to Him who says, Fear not, I am the First and the Last, I am He that lives and was dead, and behold I am alive for evermore. He has loved you with an everlasting love and He has drawn you with lovingkindness from death and from the dominion of sin, and He will not forsake the work of His hands. Let your morning prayer be, O my Lord, keep me from everything that would take me away from Thy love, and at night look back and say, Cleanse me from every secret fault, and so keep up that delightful tenderness of conscience toward Christ.

You ask for truth to be made known, and rightly so. Buy the truth and sell it not. Buy the truth at any price and buy all the truth, for there is no place where truth can be found in its power and life except in Jesus Christ. Truth is in His blood to wash away what is false, and in His Spirit to eradicate what is dark and vile. He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness in His own time and way. Vengeance belongs to Him, and He will vindicate the cause of His people and condemn those who hate the righteous unless they repent. While we pray that every deceit and every hidden wrong may be exposed, we also pray that you may be kept from bitterness and may learn not only to overcome evil but to overcome with those weapons which are mighty through God, even prayer and patience and love. Leave the judgment of hearts to Him who alone knows what is in man, and commit your cause to Him who judges righteously.

We will pray as you have asked. We pray that the Holy Spirit will touch the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, that his hardness may be broken and a heart of flesh given in place of a heart of stone, that he may speak truth and take responsibility and do justly where wrong has been done. We pray for the woman who came against you with anger and false accusation, that her arrogance and abusive spirit may be broken, not by destruction, but by the conquering grace of Christ which subdues the stoutest heart. We pray for all the residents of that house, that they may come to see the truth, that lies may be scattered, and that peace may be restored. We pray that you may be kept in perfect peace, your mind stayed upon Him, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper beyond what your Father permits for your good. This truth ought to take from you all fear of man. Why should you fear a man that shall die, or the son of man who is but a worm, when the Lord is your help.

Continue to walk in fellowship with your Lord, casting all your care upon Him. If danger to your person should again appear, seek also the help of those in lawful authority whom God has ordained for protection, while still trusting chiefly in the Lord. May He preserve you from all evil and cause you to dwell safely under the shadow of His wings.

We join our prayers with yours now. O Lord, Thou hast loved Thine own with an everlasting love. Keep this afflicted one from fear, for Thou art with him. Let Thy truth prevail and let Thy Spirit soften hard hearts. Bring forth righteousness as the light and judgment as the noonday, and lead all who have done wrong to repentance and to faith in Jesus Christ, in whose blood alone is forgiveness and whose Spirit alone can make the heart true. Preserve Thy servant from all evil, and keep him in Thy love, for Jesus sake. Amen.
