Is it possible this aggressive woman might have hired people to kill me? Spirit of Truth, Jesus shows us the truth...

Beloved of All
I asked a lot of prayers because of a life-threatening electrical problem in my rented apartment. Thank God, I survived and moved out. But the story hasn't seemed to end there.
While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We have read your burden with deep concern and we are standing with you in prayer for protection, for truth to come to light, and for justice tempered with mercy.

We thank God with you that He preserved your life through that dangerous electrical situation and brought you out of that apartment safely. We understand the lingering fear and distress you feel when you notice signs that someone may have entered your former dwelling, when communication has been unclear, and when you have now faced angry accusations from a woman you did not know. It is right to bring all of this before the Lord, for only He sees what is done in secret and knows every heart and intention.

The Spirit of Truth whom you mentioned is indeed our guide and comfort. Jesus said in John 16:13 However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself, but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming. We cling to the promise that nothing hidden will stay hidden forever, for it is written in Luke 12:2 But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known, and in Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. We pray that if any wrongdoing was done to the electrical system or any deception is at work, God in His perfect timing will expose it. At the same time we encourage you not to live in tormenting fear or to settle in your heart that you know for certain what others intended, for only God knows. We are called to be wise and also to leave judgment and vengeance to Him, as it is written in Romans 12:19 Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord.

You quoted Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:20 He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Psalm 34:21 Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. We take comfort in this and also in Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:2 I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. And in Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe. God has been your refuge once and He remains your refuge still. His perfect love casts out fear, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as taught in 2 Timothy 1:7.

We also hear your heart for those who have wronged you, that they would show remorse, take responsibility, and be changed. That is a Christlike desire. We pray for that hardness to be broken just as you have asked, according to Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We pray the Holy Spirit will convict the landlord and this woman and any others involved, that they would stop lying, speak truthfully, and submit to the Lord. We also pray for you to be kept from bitterness while you wait for justice. In Philippians 4:6 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We encourage you with practical wisdom as well while you continue to pray. Keep a careful written record of what happened, preserve any evidence or photos you have of the electrical faults and shocks, and consider seeking godly counsel and, if you believe a crime or life threatening negligence occurred, reporting it through the proper lawful authorities so that truth can be examined in an orderly way. This is not vengeance but stewardship of the life God has protected and love for others who might be at risk in that property. Continue to avoid unnecessary confrontation with those who have shown aggression, and walk in peace as much as it depends on you as taught in Romans 12:18.

We now pray together in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name that truth and mercy meet.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Thank You for delivering from the life threatening electrical danger and for protecting again when faced with false accusations. We ask You to surround this life with Your protection day and night and let no weapon formed against Your child prosper. Lord, You see what happened in that apartment, whether there was negligence, deceit, or intentional harm. Bring what was done in darkness into Your light and let truth be clearly known. Touch the hearts of the landlord and this woman and all residents of that house, remove the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, bring conviction of sin, a willingness to confess, to tell the truth, and to take responsibility. Break through hardness and lying and let them hear Your call and submit to You. We ask for provision for any loss suffered and for Your justice to be done according to Your will. Guard our dear one from fear, anxiety, and suspicion, fill the heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and help to forgive as You have forgiven us while still trusting You for justice. Lead this child by Your Spirit of truth into all wisdom and keep every step safe under the shadow of Your wings. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We are so glad you reached out, and we are thankful with you that you got out of that apartment safely. Living for months with electrical shocks in the shower and not knowing if your home was safe must have been exhausting, and it makes sense that you would still feel on edge even after moving.

We hear how heavy the last week has been too, being confronted by someone you had never spoken to and accused of something you say you did not do, while also feeling avoided by your former landlord. Not getting an apology or any accountability after such a frightening experience can leave a lot of unresolved hurt and questions. Only God knows fully what happened and what was in each person's heart, and we join you in asking Him to bring truth to light in His way and time.

In this season of lingering fear, it can help to ground yourself with a few steady steps. Keep a simple dated record of any contacts or concerns, so you are not carrying it all in your mind. Stay connected with a trusted pastor, counselor, or wise friend who can walk with you in person and help you sort what is a practical safety matter and what is the understandable anxiety after trauma. And make sure your current home feels safe, if it would help, have someone you trust check things over with you.

We also pray for your former landlord and the others involved, that any hardness would soften and that there would be honesty and responsibility where it is needed.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Thank You for protecting them. Give them deep peace, clear wisdom, and a sense of safety in You. Guide every conversation, reveal what needs to be known, and soften hearts toward truth and repentance. Bring healing from this long stress and help them rest in Your care. Amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard with sorrow and with thankfulness the account of your preservation. We thank God that He kept you in that time of peril when the dwelling itself seemed to threaten life, and that He has brought you out. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we rejoice that you can yet set to your seal that He keeps all His bones, not one of them is broken.

We hear also how fear has followed you, the fear that men have sought your harm, the fear stirred by angry accusation and by silence where you looked for honesty. Hear the word which the Lord speaks so often to His children, Fear not, for I am with thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. The fear of man bringeth a snare, and such a snare that many feet have been tripped by it, but the fear of God is holy reverence and awe, and perfect love casteth out tormenting fear. We must labor to get rid as much as possible of that fear which weakens and dishonors God, for to doubt the Eternal is to think that the arm which piled the heavens shall be palsied. He who is the First and the Last, He that liveth and was dead and is alive forevermore, says Fear not. Therefore we pray that you may be delivered from that bondage wherein through fear of death men are all their lifetime subject, and that in proportion as faith grows strong, fear may vanish.

Persecution, even when it takes the form of slander and cruel mockings and venomous spite, is not without its use in the hand of God. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often the enmity of the world drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such trial that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His church by her persecution, and He will perfect that which concerneth you. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me, says the Psalmist, and that confidence may be brought into the court of Divine inspection, for His mercy sustaineth all the weight of trouble and infirmity.

Concerning the wrongs you suspect, only God knows what is in the hearts of men and what their intentions have been. We cannot affirm as true what is not yet proven, nor would we have you live under the torment of uncertain accusations. Vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, and He will repay. If wrong has been done in that apartment, if any hand has tampered with what should have protected life, we pray that the truth may be made plain in God's providence, through lawful and orderly means, and that those appointed to keep justice may discern it. We pray also that you may commit your cause to Him that judgeth righteously, and take wise counsel and make use of the proper authorities for your protection, while your heart rests in Him.

We join you in praying for those of whom you speak, the former landlord and the woman who has accused you falsely, and all the residents of that house. We do not ask God to bless any sin or falsehood, but we ask Him to break the hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh, to grant repentance and truthfulness, that they may cease from lying and take responsibility where responsibility is due. For there is forgiveness with Him that He may be feared, and where forgiveness is received through the precious blood of Christ, there comes a holy awe and love for Him. It is God that justifieth, who is he that condemneth, and He justifieth the ungodly through the substitutionary sacrifice of His Son upon the accursed tree, that God might be just and yet the Justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. Apart from that blood there is no salvation, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. We pray that all who are involved, yourself and those who have grieved you, may know that justification and that new heart which only Christ can give, and may submit to Him.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou who hast preserved life when death seemed near, we bless Thee for Thy keeping power. Keep this Thy servant in perfect peace, casting out fear by faith in Christ. Let no weapon formed against Thy child prosper beyond Thy permissive will, and let Thy truth shine forth where there has been darkness and deceit. Convict where there has been wrongdoing, soften where there has been hardness, and bring all to see their need of the forgiveness that is in Jesus. Teach Thy servant to forgive as he has been forgiven, to seek peace and pursue it, to leave wrath with Thee, and to walk in wisdom. Perfect that which concerneth him, and let him find his refuge in the Saviour's breast, where mercy is all that is written. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we thank God with you that He preserved your life through that dangerous electrical fault and brought you safely out of that apartment. We understand how unsettling it is to still feel unsafe after you have moved, to wonder if someone entered your home, and to be confronted with angry accusations about something you say you did not do. The fear and distress you describe are real, and we bring them before the Lord who sees what is hidden and knows what is in every heart.

Scripture reminds us that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, as you quoted from Psalm 34. God is your protector and your witness, and He will not abandon you to falsehood or violence. At the same time the Scriptures and the teaching of the church warn us to be very careful with accusations that rest on suspicion. The law says that a matter shall be established at the mouth of two or three witnesses, and we are taught not to receive an accusation lightly or to judge on the basis of signs and impressions alone, since many judgments formed upon suspicion prove to be mistaken. We are also taught to go and reprove gently, lest perhaps a person has not said or done what we suppose, and to remember that for every idle word we will give an account. This does not mean your concerns are not serious, but it means we must leave the hidden intentions of others to God who alone searches hearts, and we must not settle in our own minds that we know for certain what another person planned unless it can be clearly shown.

Because of this we will pray with you in this way. We pray that the Spirit of Truth would make plain what is true about the electrical danger you experienced and about who, if anyone, was responsible, and that any wrongdoing would be exposed in the proper way. We pray for your protection, that the Lord would keep you from all harm and give you peace that guards your heart and mind in Christ. We pray for the woman who accused you, for the former landlord, and for the other residents of that house, that God would soften any hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh that hears His call, that He would lead them to speak truthfully, to take responsibility where responsibility is due, and to be reconciled to Him through Jesus Christ. We pray that where there has been lying, evasion, or a refusal to make amends, God would bring conviction and a desire for what is just and right, and that where there has been misunderstanding, God would bring clarity.

We encourage you, as you continue to seek the Lord, to walk in both trust and wisdom. Keep committing your safety to Him, forgive as Christ has forgiven you and do not seek revenge, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, yet also use lawful and orderly means if you have evidence of danger or wrongdoing. Keep any records or photographs you have, speak calmly with trustworthy witnesses or authorities if a real threat remains, and seek counsel from mature believers near you who can support you and help discern next steps. Above all, rest in the knowledge that God is your deliverer, that He keeps watch over you, and that He will bring justice in His time, whether in this life or before His judgment seat.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for sparing the life of Your servant. We ask You to surround him with Your protection, to quiet fear with Your perfect love, and to let truth come to light. Touch the hearts of those involved, break through hardness, grant repentance where it is needed, and grant peace where there has been accusation. Lead all to submit to You and to walk in honesty. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life. Amen.
