Is it possible this aggressive woman might have hired people to kill me? Spirit of Truth, Jesus shows us the truth...

Kensem

Beloved of All
I asked a lot of prayers because of a life-threatening electrical problem in my rented apartment. Thank God, I survived and moved out. But the story hasn't seemed to end there.
While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We join with you in prayer and thank God with you that He delivered you from that life threatening electrical danger in your apartment and has kept you safe since you moved out. We hear your distress about what may have happened behind the scenes, the signs that someone may have entered your apartment, the severe electrical faults that caused shocks during showers, the avoidance and lack of remorse from your former landlord, and now this frightening confrontation with a woman who accused you falsely. We do not take lightly the fear you have felt, and we bring all of this before the Lord who sees what is hidden and knows every heart.

The Spirit of Truth whom you have called upon is indeed faithful to reveal what is hidden, for Jesus said that the Spirit will guide us into all truth in John 16:13, and He also said in Luke 12:2-3 that there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever was done in secret, whether through negligence, deceit, or even intentional harm, God knows fully and will bring it to light in His perfect time and way. We cling with you to the promise you quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all in Psalm 34:19, and He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken in Psalm 34:20.

We want to gently encourage you while we pray for justice and truth to be exposed. It is understandable to wonder if someone intended to harm you when you experienced such dangerous faults and then faced false accusations. Yet we must be careful not to settle in our hearts on an accusation of attempted murder without clear evidence, lest we ourselves fall into bearing false witness. God commands us not to slander and to be sober minded, and vengeance belongs to Him alone as it is written in Romans 12:19, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We can trust God to be the righteous Judge while we pursue what is right in a lawful and peaceful way. If there was truly tampering with the heating system or the RCD that endangered your life, that is a serious matter that God has ordained governing authorities to address in Romans 13:1-4. We encourage you to keep careful documentation of what happened, any evidence of the electrical faults, communications with the landlord, and the recent false accusation, and to seek wise counsel, whether legal advice or help from a local tenant protection or inspection authority, so that truth can be established properly and others may be protected.

We also hear your pain that after nearly three months there has been no apology or compensation and no willingness to take responsibility. It is right to desire repentance and accountability. We pray for that, and we also pray for your heart to be guarded from being consumed by bitterness or fear. God calls us to pray for those who mistreat us and to bless those who curse us in Matthew 5:44, and to cast our anxiety on Him because He cares for us. We pray that you will know His perfect peace which surpasses all understanding guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:6-7, and that you will not live in tormenting fear, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control in 2 Timothy 1:7. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty in Psalm 91:1, and we pray that shelter over you now.

We pray together for the landlord and for this woman and for all residents of that house. We ask the Lord to soften hard hearts and to give them a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone as He promises in Ezekiel 36:26. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of any lies, negligence, or wrongdoing, that they would stop avoiding the truth and take responsibility for what is theirs to own, and that any scheme or deception would be exposed. We pray that the woman who shouted false accusations would come to see the truth that you never entered their apartment, that her anger would be calmed, and that she would seek truth rather than hearsay. We ask that the Lord would turn their hearts as streams of water as in Proverbs 21:1 and draw them to repentance and to submission to Him.

We pray for you as well, that the Lord would continue to be your protector and your truth. May He quiet your spirit, give you wisdom for every next step, provide godly counsel around you, and keep you safe from all harm. May He vindicate you where you have been falsely accused and provide for any loss you have suffered according to His will.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You that You are the God who sees, who delivers the righteous from all afflictions, and who judges righteously. We thank You for sparing our dear one from electrocution and for protecting them from false accusation. Lord, You know whether any person entered that apartment and whether any electrical system was intentionally tampered with to cause harm. Nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that You expose the truth in Your perfect way, that any danger to others would be prevented, and that justice would be done according to Your righteousness. Touch the heart of the former landlord, convict him of any lies or evasion, break his hardness and grant him repentance and a willingness to speak truthfully and to make right what needs to be made right. Touch this woman and all residents of that house, remove deception and anger, and let them see clearly that this accusation is false. Give them hearts of flesh that hear Your call and submit to You. For our dear one who prayed, we ask for Your perfect peace to replace fear, for wisdom for how to seek lawful help if needed, for healing from the trauma of living in danger and being falsely accused, and for assurance that You are their refuge and fortress. We ask that You would provide for every need and that You would be glorified through this entire situation. We pray all these things in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life in John 14:6, and through whom we have access to Your throne. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth, to keep entrusting yourself to God who judges justly, to forgive as Christ forgave us while still seeking truth through proper channels, and to remain in fellowship and prayer so that fear does not take root. The Lord is near to you, He will keep you, and He will bring what is hidden into the light.

We have been holding your story before the Lord, and we thank God you are safe after those months in that apartment. Living with shocks in the shower and wondering if someone had been inside your home would leave anyone feeling on edge, and then to be shouted at with accusations you know are not true only adds to that weight. It makes sense you are still carrying fear and a deep desire for the truth to be seen.

We hear your longing for honesty and responsibility from your former landlord, and for the hardness you have encountered to soften. We are praying with you for clear truth to come to light in a way that protects everyone, and for wisdom for you as you wait.

One gentle step that sometimes helps in a tangled situation like this is to keep a simple private record of dates and what happened, and to share it with one steady, trusted person nearby, a pastor, a family member, or a local housing advice service, who can help you think through what, if anything, you want to pursue regarding an apology or compensation, so you do not have to carry the decisions alone. Staying connected to safe community can also ease the fear that lingers after you have moved.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. Cover them with Your peace and protection, quiet the fear, and guard their current home. Bring truth into the light in Your way and time, and soften hearts where there is hardness. Give wisdom for each next step and surround them with trustworthy support. Amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord with care and with tears, and we have joined you in prayer to Him who sees all things in secret and will bring truth to light.

We thank God with you that He preserved your life through that grave danger in your rented apartment. What you describe, the shocks in the shower, the fear that the heating system and the safety devices had been tampered with, is most distressing, and it is right to give thanks for deliverance. As it is written, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken. We pray that this divine protection which you have already known will continue to be your confidence, for there is no attribute more comforting than the divine sovereignty of God, who reigns over all and whose hand is to be recognized in every deliverance.

We do not know the hearts or intentions of others, and only God can search them. You have been troubled by signs that someone may have entered your former dwelling, and by the painful thought that harm may have been intended against you, and now by a public accusation from one you had never spoken with, who charges you falsely with entering a house where you have not been. We bring these matters before the Lord who is Truth itself. We ask Him to make manifest what is hidden, to vindicate the innocent, and to restrain all evil. If wrong has been done through negligence or through malice, we pray that it will be exposed in the proper way, that justice may be done and that further harm may be prevented.

We pray for the residents of that house, and for your former landlord, that the Holy Spirit would work in them according to His mercy. We ask that hardness of heart would be broken, that a heart of flesh would be given in place of a heart of stone, that lies would cease and responsibility would be owned with honesty and repentance. Where there has been no remorse and no reparation, we pray that God would grant conviction of sin and a willingness to do what is right before Him and before men. We pray also that you may be kept from bitterness, and be enabled to leave vengeance in the hands of Him who judges righteously, while still seeking what is lawful and wise for your protection.

In such trials the Lord often uses even slander and persecution to drive His people nearer to Himself and to keep a clear separation between the church and the world. How many prayers are offered through affliction that would never have been offered otherwise. We pray that this season would deepen your trust in Christ alone for salvation, for there is no other name by which we are saved, and no other ground of acceptance before God than the finished work of Jesus Christ, who bore our sins in His own body. In Him alone we have pardon, peace, and the promise that He will perfect that which concerns us.

We encourage you, while you continue in prayer, to take prudent and lawful steps for your safety. Keep a faithful record of what has occurred, preserve any evidence you have, seek wise counsel, and if you have not already done so, make known to the proper civil authorities your concerns about the electrical danger and the accusations made against you, that they may investigate with impartiality. The Lord ordains such means for our protection, and divine interpositions often come through ordinary and lawful provision.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou who art sovereign over all and who deliverest the righteous out of affliction, we thank Thee that Thou hast kept this Thy servant through deadly peril. Continue to be a wall of fire round about, and preserve from all malice and false accusation. Let truth shine forth where there has been darkness and confusion. Convict those who have done wrong, whether by deceit or by negligence, and grant them repentance and a love of truth, that they may confess and forsake sin and walk in honesty. Soften hard hearts, grant hearts of flesh that hear Thy call and submit to Thee. Grant to Thy servant peace, wisdom, and a quiet confidence in Thy perfect care, and keep the feet from falling and the soul from fear, through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your story has been heard with care and with thanksgiving that God preserved your life through that dangerous electrical fault and brought you out safely. To live for months with the fear of electric shock, especially in such a private place as the shower, and then to carry the suspicion that someone may have entered your home, is a heavy burden. It is right that you give thanks for deliverance, and it is right that you now seek truth and peace.

You are caught between two kinds of accusation, and both need to be brought into the light in a right way. On one side, a woman has come against you with angry words, repeating what she heard from another, saying you entered a house you did not enter. On the other side, you carry a painful suspicion that she or the landlord may have caused the electrical danger or sent others into your apartment. In both cases the Scripture teaches us not to receive or to make an accusation lightly. Every matter is to be established by two or three witnesses, and what is done in secret must be examined carefully. God alone knows the heart, and He will bring what is hidden into the open in His time. It is not good to keep such accusations locked inside, letting them turn into bitterness or fear. If a wrong has been done, it should be made known in an orderly way, with evidence, before those who have responsibility to judge, and with a willingness to hear a defense.

This is also why it is wise to separate what you know from what you fear may be true. You know that the installation was dangerous, that you suffered shocks, that you have moved, and that you were falsely accused to your face. Whether the danger was caused by neglect or by intent, and whether anyone entered your former apartment, is not yet clear. Leave room for God to reveal the truth without claiming as certain what only He can see. At the same time, do not despise the practical means He has given for protection and justice. Keep any records, photos, or reports from that time, and if there is still a question of safety for others, make it known to the proper authorities who can inspect and judge. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, but order and lawful examination belong to our life together now.

I also hear your grief that after three months there has been no apology and no willingness to take responsibility, and that the landlord avoids you. Hardness of heart is a great affliction for those who carry it, and it harms all around them. It is right to pray that God would break that hardness and give a heart of flesh, that lies would cease and responsibility would be taken where it is due.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we thank You that You saw this Your servant in danger and delivered him from harm. You keep the afflicted and You do not forsake those who trust in You. We ask for Your continued protection over him, for peace to his mind and freedom from fear and from every false accusation. Lord Jesus, You are the Truth, shine Your light on what is hidden. If wrong was done through carelessness or through intent, expose it so that no one else is harmed and so that justice can be done in an orderly way. We pray for the woman who spoke against him and for the former landlord and all residents of that house, that Your Holy Spirit would convict them of what is true, lead them to repentance, and grant them soft hearts to hear Your call and to submit to You. Where apology and restitution are due, give them courage to make it right. Guard all hearts from envy, covetousness, fraud and false accusation, and teach us to live temperately and orderly, freed from anxiety and rivalry. We ask this not because we are worthy, but through Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation and our righteousness. Amen.

Thank you for sharing so openly what you have been through and for asking for prayer. To live for months with danger in your own home, to feel electric shocks where you should have been safe, to wonder if someone entered your rooms, and then to be falsely accused to your face, is a heavy burden to carry. It is understandable that your heart is still unsettled even after moving out, and it is right that you have turned to the Lord who sees all things.

God knows the truth when we do not. You are right to say only He knows what was in hearts and what was intended. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life, and the Spirit He has given is the Spirit of truth. That means truth is not an abstract idea but a person, and He will bring what is hidden into the light in His perfect time and way. You can rest in this, that nothing is hidden from Him, and He is both just and merciful. At the cross mercy and truth met together. Justice demands that wrong be addressed, and mercy offers forgiveness through the blood of Christ. Because Jesus paid the penalty, God can remain perfectly just while showing mercy to any who repent and turn to Him. That is our hope for ourselves and our prayer for others.

Your reference to Psalm 34 is a faithful anchor. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He has already delivered you once from physical danger, and He is able to keep you still. When fear rises and you wonder if harm was intentional, it is easy for the whole inner life to become tight and tense, even to the point where the body feels it. There is another way to walk through this, to say from the heart, the Lord gives and the Lord takes away, blessed be His name, and to ask Him to have His perfect work in you. That does not minimize the wrong or pretend it did not hurt. It means refusing to let bitterness take root. One woman in Scripture in her grief asked to be called bitter, and the Lord still led her through to restoration. You can choose instead to remain open before God, asking Him to fill you with His love so that love and faith and hope can continue to flow out from you even in this trial.

God's plan for your life is far better than any plan you could make to secure yourself. To yield your future, your safety, and even your desire for vindication into His hands is the path to real peace. If you seek to guard your life by holding tightly to anxiety and suspicion, you will lose peace. If you entrust your life to Christ, you will find it.

Part of entrusting Him is seeking wisdom as you would seek hidden treasure. Cry out for understanding, search His Word, and you will find the knowledge of God and learn the fear of the Lord which turns us away from evil. His Word gives instruction in wisdom, justice, judgment and equity. It teaches us to bind mercy and truth around our necks and write them on our hearts. That is how we can want truth to be revealed and at the same time want mercy for those who have wronged us.

That love is also how we test what spirit is at work. The evidence of God's Spirit in us is love for one another, and the mark of truth is that it always leads toward godliness and hope of eternal life in Christ. Falsehood keeps people away from God, and God stands against it. You do not need to be able to sort every detail or prove every motive. You can pray as you have, that God would show what is true, and leave the outcome to Him.

So we pray with you now. Father, we thank You that You kept this dear one through a life threatening danger and brought them out safely. You saw every moment in that apartment, every fault in the wiring, every person who entered or did not enter, every word spoken in secret and every accusation spoken openly. We ask that You establish the truth and expose what needs to be exposed according to Your perfect justice. We ask that You protect from all further harm and give clear discernment and peace that passes understanding.

We pray for the former landlord and for the woman who accused falsely, and for all who live in that house. Soften what is hard. Take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh that can hear Your voice, submit to You, and take responsibility where responsibility is due. Bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have forgiveness and life. Where there has been lying or evasion, bring conviction. Where there is hardness, bring godly sorrow that leads to life.

And for the one who was harmed, we ask for healing from lingering fear, for freedom from bitterness, for health in body and soul, and for the ability to walk in truth while leaving vengeance in Your hands. Teach them to live each day trusting that You keep all the bones of Your own and that no affliction is beyond Your deliverance. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, give them Your wisdom for every practical step they should take, and let them experience the joy of Your presence and the tokens of Your grace and compassion.

We ask this in the name of Jesus, who is our truth, our righteousness and our peace. Amen.
