Is all tribulation physical?

We read of "tribulation,", and think of a persecution type tribulation, like the Great Tribulation, with the martyrs being killed for not giving up the faith. But looking at other problems me and others have, that have gotten worse in what's likely the last days, and those problems are worse now than in "regular" times, I wondered if all tribulation needs to physical. I don't think so. Like, there are many I hear of now who were in good health before, and now they go through a sickness that doesn't respond to anything, they suffer with it, then die.{Whereas in the past, whatever they got, they "bounced back".} Others, maybe "bounced back" from financial issues, but now, they go deeper and deeper into it,and nothing helps{but in the past it did}. In my case, 2 of my biggest enemies in life, bad "luck"{for lack of a better term} and busyness, have been amplified many times over what they were in the past.At least in the past ,there were times and things that weren't affected by those things. "Those things" happened, but nowadays they got worse, now even things I "took for granted", everyday things, either my "bad luck" jobs me out of it, or the busyness prevents me from doing it.So the question for me becomes, when asked about "What will be the signs of the end of the age?" Jesus answered, "For then there will be tribulation such as has not occurred since the world began". Does that mean strictly physical tribulation, or any kind of problem that gets out of hand? I say tribulation doesn't JUST mean persecution .I and others may never be thrown to a lion, but have had amped up attacks on our lives in other areas. Huh?

I would rather a slap in the face then take mental abuse. Mental agony last much longer than a slap in the face.
Steven I got this off you tube from a Joe Walker I don't know how to copy and post so I don't claim authorship.
Troubles, trials and tribulations were going to have, some until we get to heaven. The bible tells us that in this world ye shall have tribulation. That promise is ours whether we accept it or not, but we also have our Gods promise that will defeat those troubles and cares. Our God will not leave us defenseless. Why should we be terrified, not knowing whether or not our problems can be overcome. Listen to our Lord Jesus and we can become victorious.
Paul experienced many troubles and heart aches. 11 Corinthians 4 8:9 describes how those problems were handled. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we were perplexed but not in despair; persecuted but not forsaken; cast down but not destroyed. Although Paul had enough troubles for an entire family, he had troubles that came from every direction he said we are troubled yet not distressed.
Troubled but not distressed when we use the tools of faith that our God has given us. We can be troubled on every side without being distressed about it. A distressed person is unable to accept very much of the blessings of our Go and the joy of our Lord.
In other words Paul is saying we're amazed about the things that have happened, we didn't expect all of this, but we have not given up by any means. We know we are coming out of this trouble because we have the promise of our God to bring us out.

And I say amen.

Sometimes one has troubled spirit and cannot find peace. Thats why we ask for spiritual healing and spiritual peace. Most of the times it manifests through children who make wrong unhealthy choices. Their parents are tomented day and night.
