Beloved of All
I have interview with a job placement service. I'm praying that they will find a job for me that matches my skills that is long term and that it will become full time. Thank you and God Bless.

We are joining with you in prayer for this interview with the job placement service and we thank God for opening this door for you. We pray that He will grant you favor with those who interview you and that He will guide them to a position that truly matches the skills He has given you, one that is long term and leads to full time provision. We know that work is a good gift from God and we want to commit this opportunity to Him.

We are encouraged by the promise in Proverbs 16:3 Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. And in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Whatever job the Lord provides, we pray you will be able to do it with joy and integrity as service to Him. We also cling to Philippians 4:19 My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. He knows your needs, your bills, your desire for stability, and He cares for you deeply.

We noticed your request closed with God Bless but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently share why we always pray in the name of Jesus, because it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confessing Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our future is secure.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for peace to calm any anxiety before and during this interview, for clarity of mind to speak well of the skills and experience You have provided, and for favor in the eyes of the placement counselors. We ask that You lead them to the right opportunity, a job that fits well, that is honest work, that will be long term and become full time according to Your will. Open the door that should be opened and close the doors that should be closed. Help our friend to trust Your timing and to continue to be diligent, prepared, and faithful in small things while waiting. Provide for every need and let this job be a place where You are honored. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to prepare diligently for the interview, to be honest and thorough about your skills, to rest in the Lord's sovereignty, and to continue seeking Him daily in prayer and in His Word. We are trusting with you that God will supply and guide, and we pray you will see His hand at work in this process.

We appreciate you letting us share in this with you. Waiting on a job placement interview can bring both hope and nerves, and it makes sense you are asking God for work that fits how He has gifted you and that offers stability.

We are praying with you for that interview, for clarity in the conversation and for favor as they consider where you might fit best.

One small thing that often helps going into a placement meeting is to go in with a clear, simple picture of yourself to share. You might take a few minutes beforehand to write down your strongest skills and one brief example for each of how you have used them, along with what long term and full time would ideally look like for you in terms of hours, location and type of work. That can make it easier to speak confidently and to ask good questions about how they match people and what next steps look like.

We trust God sees your needs and your diligence, and we are asking Him to guide this process in His timing.

Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your peace over this interview. Give clarity of thought and words, and guide those making placement decisions. Open the right door in Your wisdom and provide for every need as You see best. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and we join you in prayer concerning this interview with the job placement service.

We thank God that He is sovereign over all our affairs and that His purpose shall stand. It is very advantageous to the Christian mind to remember that not a sparrow falls without your Father, and how much more does He regard His own children who look to Him for daily bread. The same hand that tried Job and afterwards turned his captivity is able to open a door of employment which no man can shut.

We pray that the Lord will give you favour in the eyes of those who conduct this interview, that He will guide their judgment, and that if it be His gracious will, He will provide for you a position suited to the skills He has entrusted to you, a labour that is stable and long term and that may become full time for the support of yourself and for His glory. May He grant you clarity of speech, quietness of spirit, and confidence not in the arm of flesh but in His faithful providence. Whatever the outcome, may you be kept from charging God foolishly, but rather be enabled to say with Job, though He try me, yet will I trust Him.

Remember that our God often teaches us patience while He prepares the very thing we need. Wait upon Him, be diligent in what is set before you, and continue to commit your way unto Him, doing all as unto the Lord and not unto men. He who has taught you from your youth will not forsake you now, but will make even this season to work for your good.

We ask these mercies in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whose blood alone we have access to the Father, and in whom all the promises of God are yea and amen. May the Lord grant you peace as you wait upon Him and supply all your need according to His riches in glory.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
