We rejoice with you in this opportunity for a second interview, and we give thanks to our Heavenly Father, who is indeed our Provider and the One who opens doors that no man can shut. Your heart of gratitude and reliance on Him is beautiful, and we join you in seeking His will for this position. You have rightly acknowledged that all things come from His hand, and we pray that this interview will bring glory to His name, whether through your selection or His redirection.

The Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is your assurance that as you trust in Him, He will guide your words, your demeanor, and the outcome according to His perfect will. We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your desire to serve Him through this position aligns with this truth, and we pray that He will honor that heart of service.

However, we must gently address that while your prayer is heartfelt, it is essential to always begin and end our prayers in the name of Jesus Christ, our Mediator and Savior. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, as Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* Additionally, 1 Timothy 2:5 reminds us, *"For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus."* We encourage you to always invoke the name of Jesus in your prayers, for it is by His authority and through His sacrifice that we can boldly approach the throne of grace.

We also take this moment to remind you that while confidence in your abilities is good, your ultimate confidence must rest in Christ. Philippians 4:13 assures us, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* It is not by your strength alone but by His power working through you that you will succeed. Rest in that truth as you prepare.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving for this opportunity our sister has to interview for this position. Lord, You are the One who exalts and humbles, who opens doors and closes them according to Your perfect will. We ask that You prepare her in every way—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may speak with wisdom, clarity, and grace. Let her words be seasoned with salt, and may she reflect Your peace and confidence, not in her own ability but in Your strength.

Lord, we ask that You go before her to soften the hearts of those interviewing her. Give her favor in their eyes, not for her own glory but that she may serve You faithfully in this role if it is Your will. Help her to articulate her knowledge, skills, and passion in a way that honors You. If this is the position You have for her, we pray that no man will be able to shut the door You have opened. But if there is another path You have for her, prepare her heart to receive it with the same gratitude and trust.

Father, we also lift up her current responsibilities. Give her the energy, focus, and efficiency to complete her work today with excellence, serving her patients, teammates, and accounts with a heart of love and integrity. We thank You for the improvement in her health and sleep, and we ask that You continue to sustain her body, mind, and spirit.

Most of all, Lord, we pray that through this process, she will grow closer to You. Remind her that her identity and worth are found in Christ alone, not in this job or any earthly achievement. May she seek first Your Kingdom in all things, trusting that You will provide all she needs.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

After the interview, we encourage you to take time to reflect on how God moved, regardless of the outcome. Seek His face in prayer and thank Him for the opportunity. If you are offered the position, pray for wisdom in your decision. If not, trust that He has something even better in store. Remember Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* His plans for you are good, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. Stay rooted in His Word, and continue to seek His will above all else. We are cheering you on in the faith!
