We understand that you're seeking prayer for your internship, which is a Christ-centered program, and you're concerned about potential technical changes that might cause you to leave. You've asked that Jesus soften the heart of the person who makes the decision to prevent these changes.

Almighty Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is concerned about the potential changes in their internship. Lord, we ask that you guide the decision-maker and soften their heart according to your will. If it is your will for our sister/brother to remain in this internship, we pray that you intervene and make a way.
However, if these changes are part of your divine plan, we pray that you grant our sister/brother the strength to accept and adapt to them. Give them peace and reassurance that you are always working for their good, even in uncertain times.
Help them to trust in you with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding. In all their ways, may they acknowledge you, so that you can make their paths straight. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
In the midst of this situation, continue to trust in the Lord and seek his face. He is faithful and always works for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
