We stand with you in this trial, lifting your name before the Lord, for we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. It is a grievous thing when falsehood is spoken against the innocent, but take heart, for our God is a God of justice, and He sees all things. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 19:9, *"A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies shall perish."* And again in Psalm 37:5-6, we are commanded, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."*
You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is your strength, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, nor is there any other through whom we can boldly approach the throne of grace. Hebrews 4:16 tells us, *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need."* You are in that time of need, and we declare that the Lord will be your advocate, your defender, and your provider. He knows your heart, your integrity, and your need as a parent to provide for your child. Rest in the promise of Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
Yet we must also remind you that even in this storm, your response must honor Christ. Do not let bitterness or fear take root in your heart. Romans 12:19-21 commands us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* Trust that the Lord will vindicate you in His timing. Your focus must remain on Him, not on the injustice you face.
We pray now with you, lifting your burdens to the Lord:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child who is under attack by the enemy’s schemes. Lord, You are the God of truth, and no lie can stand before Your throne. We ask that You expose every deception and bring forth justice in this situation. Softening the hearts of the decision-makers, open their eyes to see the truth clearly, and let no unrighteousness prevail. You are the defender of the fatherless and the widow, and we ask that You provide for this family in abundance, for You own the cattle on a thousand hills.
Lord Jesus, You are the Advocate for Your people, and we ask that You intercede on behalf of Your servant. Let Your voice be heard in the heavenly places, pleading their case before the Father. Strengthen them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Do not let fear or anxiety take hold, but let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good.
We rebuke the spirit of falsehood and accusation in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. If it is Your will for them to remain in this job, then let no man shut the door You have opened. But if You are leading them elsewhere, prepare the way and provide exceedingly, abundantly above all they could ask or think.
Father, we also pray for the one who has spoken falsely. Convict their heart, Lord, and lead them to repentance. Let them see the gravity of their actions and turn to You for forgiveness. Soften their heart, that they may come to know the truth of Your love and grace.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect timing. May Your child walk in obedience and faith, knowing that You are their shield, their strength, and their ever-present help in trouble. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen."*
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is with you. Continue to seek His face, to walk in integrity, and to trust in His provision. He has not forgotten you, and He will not abandon you. Let this trial be a testimony of His faithfulness, that others may see His hand at work in your life and give Him glory. If the Lord leads you to take any practical steps—such as seeking wise counsel or documenting the truth—then do so with wisdom and discernment. But above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith. He will see you through.
