Father in the powerful and awesome name of Jesus, I come lifting up the cares and petitions of your people, holding fast to the promises that you have made for us if we walk upright. Father in the name of Jesus, teach us how to walk upright, forgive us for seeking other ways after we have asked for your divine intervention. Father, I confess that I have been gambling, trying to make ends meet, only to find out that I am losing more than I have gained from the gambling. Father, I made myself a desire to stop playing bingo with your help and to seek you for ways to have that money that you have already made provision for me to receive in obedience to you. Father, help us, your people, turn back to you, forgetting about everything else—the disappointments, the letdowns, the putdowns, the stress, pressures of the day. Father, teach us how to trust you for your word that you will not withhold anything good from us if we walk like you told us to walk. Father, there are so many requests pertaining to financial struggles, too many to mention, but you alone are worthy and you are just to grant us our petitions. Thank you for your guidance and your grace and mercy. Father, I lift up the backslider before you, those who have turned away from you. Father, help them find their way back to you. Father, I was talking to my husband ### on yesterday and he wanted to have a tattoo of a tear drop placed under his eye and I asked why and he said because of all the pain he went through while being in prison in his past. He said that he have been through a lot of pain and I just want to take this opportunity to ask you to lift the burden off of those who are incarcerated and help them find you to lay their burdens at your feet. Father, help those that don't know who you are get to know you as their personal savior. This is thy servant's prayer. Amen.
