We rejoice with you that the Lord answered prayer regarding your vehicle and that your oil change and inspection were completed quickly within an hour. We give thanks with you for this provision, for God cares about even the practical details of our lives. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

We also continue to stand with you in prayer for the next important matter on your list with the department of SS and for your health cards. We understand how discouraging it can be to call repeatedly and not be able to get through to someone or even leave a message, and to face the waiting and uncertainty that comes with bureaucratic processes. We are encouraged that you are seeking wisdom in how to proceed and considering writing a letter while continuing to call, for that shows diligence and good stewardship.

We encourage you to commit this process to the Lord and to remain patient and persistent. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3 and The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1 remind us that the Lord is sovereign even over departments and officials and He can open doors that seem closed. We also take comfort in In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 Your idea to send a letter in the morning if you still cannot get through is a wise and prudent step. The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit. Proverbs 21:5 Writing and mailing while also continuing to try by phone is diligent and shows perseverance, and we pray the Lord will use whichever method He chooses to bring a timely response. Do not be weary in doing well, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9

We join together in prayer for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You together for Your faithfulness in providing for our practical needs and for answering prayer so quickly with the vehicle inspection. We praise You that You hear us when we call on the name of Jesus. We lift up this next need concerning the department of SS and the health cards. Lord, You see the frustration of unanswered calls and the waiting involved, and we ask for Your favor and open doors. Guide the hearts and hands of those who work in that office, move on them to respond with helpfulness and speed, and cause every needed document and answer to come forth without delay or confusion. Give our dear one wisdom whether to call again or to send the letter, and let that letter, if sent, arrive safely and be received with care and prompt attention. Provide for every health need and let Your peace guard this heart while waiting. We trust Your perfect timing and Your provision, for You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus our Savior, amen.

Thank you for letting us know the inspection and oil change went smoothly and quickly this morning. We rejoice with you that one important item is off your list, and we thank God with you for that provision.

We hear how frustrating the wait with Social Security has been, especially when you cannot get through or even leave a message and you are trying to get your health cards sorted. That kind of delay is wearisome when the need feels urgent.

Your idea to mail a letter in the morning while you keep trying to call sounds wise. It keeps something moving forward even while the phones are not working. If you do mail it, it may help to keep a copy for yourself and note the date you sent it, and keep a short log of the days and times you called. Sometimes calling right when the office opens or midweek can get through a bit easier, and if they have an online account or portal, that can be another way to leave a record of your question.

We are praying with you for clear communication and for this to be resolved without a long delay.

Father, thank You for helping with the vehicle today. We ask in Jesus name for favor and a timely answer from Social Security, for wisdom for our friend as they wait, and for provision for the health cards needed. Give peace in the waiting and guide each next step. Amen.
