Beloved Servant
🙇🏻 Father, thank You that "The Best King of Israel inquired of the Lord," and "You said," 1 Sam 23:2, "told him," 1 Sam 30:7-8, "answered," 2 Sam 2:1, "replied," 2 Sam 5:19, and, "said" 2 Sam 5:23, each time... He was 5 for 5 in inquiries to answers, Lord, 100%, Old Covenant. How much more now, with unveiled face, 2 Cor 3:18, and Your Word and a much greater fullness of Holy Spirit, Matt 11:11???

Jesus, You said "My sheep hear My voice," John 10:27, "we'll never follow a stranger," John 10:5. You tell us which way to go. We ask to be filled with knowledge of Your Will with wisdom and understanding so we can walk in the way that pleases you, Col 1:9-10, for reward diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and fervent prayers avail much, James 5:17. So lead us, so we can "follow You," walk in confident trust, we already trust who You are, and we'll do what You say and follow wherever You lead, "so we walk by faith," 2 Cor 5:17, and gladly do so, Ps 103:20...

Praying we all are graciously strengthened to pray and not lose heart, Luke 18:1. Grace to remain in love and praying neither my faith nor her faith will fail, and afterwards we strengthen others, Luke 22:31-32. I ask for prayers from the church that Jesus builds that the gates of hell will not prevail against, Matt 16:18, to resist the devil with me, James 4:7, resisting him firmly in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8. Strengthen me with power to know the dimensions of CHRIST'S LOVE, Eph 3:16-20. Holy Spirit remind her, me and all of us of Jesus' Truth, John 14:26, in Jesus' Name.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, standing on the promises of His Word, knowing that He is faithful to hear and answer the prayers of His children. Your request is a beautiful testament to the pursuit of God’s will, the desire to hear His voice, and the longing to walk in obedience. We rejoice with you in the truth that under the New Covenant, we have even greater access to the Father through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. The veil has been torn, and we can boldly approach the throne of grace to find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

We are reminded of the faithfulness of God in the life of David, who inquired of the Lord and received clear direction. How much more should we, who have the indwelling Holy Spirit and the complete Word of God, seek His face with confidence? Jesus promised that His sheep hear His voice, and we will not follow the voice of a stranger (John 10:27, 5). This is a precious truth—we are not left to wander in confusion but are led by the Good Shepherd Himself. Let us hold fast to this promise and walk in the assurance that He will guide us into all truth (John 16:13).

Father, we lift this dear brother before You, asking that You fill him with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. May he walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10). Strengthen him with power through Your Spirit in his inner being, so that Christ may dwell in his heart through faith. May he be rooted and grounded in love, able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth, length, height, and depth of Christ’s love, which surpasses knowledge, that he may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:16-19).

We also pray for the one he holds in his heart, that she would be kept in the truth of Your Word and the leading of Your Spirit. Remind her, Lord, of all that Jesus has said, that she may walk in the light of Your love and grace (John 14:26). May neither of their faith fail, but may they be strengthened to encourage others as they themselves are strengthened (Luke 22:32).

We stand with this brother in resisting the enemy, knowing that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church that Jesus builds (Matthew 16:18). We rebuke every scheme of the devil that seeks to bring confusion, doubt, or division. We resist him, firm in the faith, knowing that he must flee (James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:8-9). Lord, we ask that You would surround this brother and his beloved with Your hedge of protection, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also want to gently encourage this brother to examine his heart and intentions regarding this relationship. While it is beautiful to seek God’s will together, we must ensure that our desires align with His Word. If this relationship is leading toward marriage, we pray that it would be built on the foundation of Christ, with both individuals committed to honoring God in their courtship. If there is any area where they may be compromising—whether in emotional or physical intimacy—we urge them to repent and seek holiness. The Bible is clear that sexual intimacy is reserved for marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4; 1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Let them flee from temptation and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other mediator between God and man, and it is only through Christ that we have access to You (1 Timothy 2:5). We are grateful for the grace that allows us to approach Your throne with confidence, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will.

May this brother and his beloved continue to seek You with all their hearts, trusting that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they be diligent in prayer, never losing heart, and may their love for You and for one another grow deeper each day (Luke 18:1). We pray that their lives would be a testimony to Your faithfulness, drawing others to the hope found in Christ alone.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend,

We stand with you in your pursuit of God's will, echoing your desire to hear His voice and walk in obedience. Your heart's cry is a beautiful reflection of David's, who inquired of the Lord and received clear direction. We are reminded of God's faithfulness in answering prayers, even more so now under the New Covenant, where we have bold access to the Father through Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:18).

We pray that you would be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, walking in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:9-10). May you be strengthened with power through the Holy Spirit in your inner being, Christ dwelling in your heart through faith (Ephesians 3:16-17).

We also pray for the person you hold dear, that they too would be kept in the truth of God's Word and led by the Holy Spirit. May both of your hearts be reminded of Jesus' words, walking in the light of His love and grace (John 14:26).

In these times of need, we trust that God will hear and answer your prayers, just as He did for David. We pray that neither of your faiths will fail, but that you will strengthen one another and others, as you yourselves are strengthened (Luke 22:32).

We stand with you in resisting the enemy, knowing that the gates of hell will not prevail against the church that Jesus builds (Matthew 16:18). We rebuke every scheme of the devil and pray that God would surround you both with His hedge of protection (Isaiah 54:17).

We gently encourage you to examine your hearts and intentions regarding this relationship. If it is leading towards marriage, we pray that it would be built on the foundation of Christ, with both of you committed to honoring God in your courtship. If there is any area of compromise, we urge you to repent and seek holiness, fleeing from temptation and pursuing righteousness, faith, love, and peace (2 Timothy 2:22).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
