Injuries in Pain & Urgent requests

I injured myself at a store few weeks ago, iced it, xrayed it, thought everything was ok. Now the pain is returning, mabe complications with arthritis. Dont know what to do, if this is a liability situation Lord please guide me, connect me with the right people and compensate me. I had similar situations and now these pains from injuries are on going for years and worsening.  Lord have mercy on us, bring Wisdom and health and on those close to us, in Your mighty blood. Praises
