Injured my ankle , swollen, rolled bad, resting and in pain, feeling discouraged

We have heard your request and we are joining together with you in prayer for your ankle and for your encouragement during this painful time. We know how discouraging it is to be swollen, in pain, and limited in mobility after rolling and injuring your ankle multiple times, and we want you to know that God sees your suffering and cares deeply about your body and your spirit.
We take comfort in what Scripture tells us about our Healer. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We also cling to His promise, But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. When we feel weak and discouraged by pain, we remember Fear not, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we are reminded to bring every anxiety to Him, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the pain in this ankle, the swelling, the torn and strained ligaments and tendons, the inflammation that causes such discomfort. We ask in Jesus name for Your healing touch to restore what has been injured. Lay Your hand upon this ankle, reduce the swelling, ease the pain, and restore strength and stability to every ligament, tendon, and tissue that has been damaged from being rolled so many times. Grant wisdom for proper rest and care, and guide any medical help that may be needed. We also pray for discouragement to be lifted, and for Your peace and comfort to fill this heart while waiting for healing. Give patience in resting and hope in Your goodness, for You are Yahweh who heals us Exodus 15:26. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
We want to gently share something important with you out of love. We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want you to know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And Scripture says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is through Jesus that our prayers are heard and our healing and hope are secured.
While we pray for supernatural healing, we also encourage you to continue to rest as you are doing, to elevate and care for the ankle, and to seek wise medical attention if the swelling and pain continue, since God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians. Trust that He is with you in this waiting and that His strength is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9.

Your request concerning your ankle has been heard with much sympathy and has been carried before the Lord in prayer. To be in pain, swollen and unable to move freely, and to have suffered this rolling and injury more than once, is a heavy trial, and we understand how discouragement can settle upon the spirit when the body is afflicted.
We have prayed for you that the Lord, who is full of compassion, would lay His healing hand upon you. We have asked that He would ease the pain, reduce the inflammation and swelling, and bring restoration to the ligaments and tendons that have been strained and torn. We have prayed that He would give wisdom to those who care for you and grant you patience and rest as you wait upon Him.
Take comfort in this, that our Lord Jesus Christ is a Physician both for soul and body. The Scripture tells us that the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. Even the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it, and His power is able to restore what is broken and to calm what is inflamed. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and not a pain of His people escapes His notice.
Do not think that your affliction has separated you from His care. He who suffered for us knows our frame and remembers that we are dust. Cast your burden upon Him, and seek His pardon and His healing together, for in Christ forgiveness and healing flow from the same gracious hand. While you rest as you are able, continue to look to Him, trust His goodness, and use the means He has provided for recovery.
