Please pray everyone that my ankle is just badly bruised and not broke. ### I slipped on mud and wet leaves and my ankle is bad looking. I am walking and it looks to be healing. Since I help my sister who is a single parent financially I cannot afford to take time off from my job. without my job there is no money for help for my sister. Please pray that my ankle and foot are just badly sprained and will heal, Thank you.

Try RICE (rest, ice, compression, and elevation) and that should help. An ointment or cream made from arnica (available at ### store, ### store, etc.) or the brand Traumeel will help with the bruising, soft tissue healing, etc.
